Ed and his team were lifesavers in our sewer project. When we bought the house, the seller was responsible for having a sewer issue fixed and he hired a company to do it. Only problem was, they couldn't schedule it until closing, so we agreed to let them complete the work after we bought the house. We had no idea what an ordeal it would turn into, that the company they hired would do a terrible job, ultimately returning the money to us and refusing to complete the project due to unforeseen difficulties. We had a half finished sewer project done and nobody to fix it. Then our hero Ed came through, took over the project at a very reasonable quote (which he stuck to even when the project costs rose much higher than expected) and actually did it right. He and his team took a difficult project that the first company ran away from, fixed the mess they made and repaired it the right way. We are so thankful for their help and would highly recommend working with them. They won't let you down!

I am extremely pleased with the work done by Ed, Steve, and the team! I had the old clay pipes and decided to replace them before I encountered a problem. Ed was very responsive and his bid came in much lower than expected. He even charged less than his original bid because he didn't need to add another clean-out; I wouldn't have known had he not told me. Who does that?!?
His entire crew was respectful and my yard looked amazing after the job was finished. I am beyond happy with Ed and his crew and would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Could not have asked for a better experience from a contractor. Ed and his guys (Steve in particular) were prompt, had great project house keeping and provided me with value engineering opportunities wherever they saw a way to keep my cost down. Ed runs a tight ship and you can tell his guys like working for him. His is equipment (trucks, excavators, trailers, etc.) were new and well maintained, which I believe is an indicator of a detail and quality conscientious contractor. This review should have been written a long time ago. Ed and his crew were fantastic to work with and reasonably priced. Even though Sewer issues are not a happy subject, I could not be more pleased with the outcome. Ed's attention to detail and customer service is amazing.

No one wants to hear they have to do a sewer line repair, and there are few companies willing to do this kind of work. But if you need it done, you HAVE to do it, and I was afraid of getting ripped off! That said, I lucked into the BEST crew to get the job done that I could have hoped for. Ed got me scheduled for repair and did the work so fast that it did not even push back my closing date! Ed's Sewer has a crew that works as hard as any crew I have ever seen, and were clean, careful, and courteous - and had great attitudes! Cost for my job surprised me with how affordable it was, so when you read the other reviews that say ""Don't bother to call anyone else,"" take it to heart. My job was ahead of schedule and under budget, boy am I glad I called Ed's.

Ed and his crew did a fantastic job replacing my sewer line. We shopped around, and Ed had the best price, was very easy to work with, and it doesn't even look like they were there. The yard looks the same as it was before they started.

Ed replied quickly to my initial phone call. Quote was fair and slightly less than another quote. They happened to have a postponement so work started the same week. The crew were great..... friendly, informative, and efficient! They were considerate of my belongings in the yard. My yard was returned to good condition when the work was done. Ed took the time to notify my neighbors of the work in the alley that may affect their access to their garage and did everything to ensure they weren't too inconvienced. Appreciate Ed and his team's communication, friendliness, and expertise. I would highly recommend this company! Five stars!

Extremely professional. We had our sewer line replaced and not only did they do the work in a timely manner. They cleaned up the mounds of dirt in the backyard better than we expected. Thanks to Ed and his crew, we never have to worry about a sewer line problem. But I'd call on him again and would definitely recommend him!

My wife and I were very satisfied with the service we got from Ed'S Sewer and Water Repair. Not only did they take care to not disturb our lawn and landscaping in the front yard, they helped us save our garden topsoil before they replaced our sewer line in the back yard.

They scraped off the top 10"" of topsoil and piled it neatly on the side of our yard. As gardeners, we appreciated this so much. They did this extra step to ensure our project went well.

We would highly recommend Ed's for any sewer repair projects as they were on time, on, budget, and focused on us the customers.
