The best. I have been Ed's customer since moving here in 2013. In advance of sending any of his crew members, Ed always fully explains on the phone what are the problems and possible solutions.

One incident stands out. Five years ago, my entire basement was flooded in 2 inches deep of water at 2 AM. First, I ventured into the pool in the basement and turned off the main intake valve for the house, then at 2:30 AM I phoned his emergency hotline. A half an hour later, at 3 AM he phoned me back. He instructed me that as long as the water was not turned off, he would send someone at 8 AM. Sure enough, two plumbers arrived at my doorstep at 8 AM, and located and fixed a busted valve.

Six months ago, his crew replaced the faucets on two sinks and fixed a leaking drainpipe on one of the sinks. But five months later, the drainpipe began to leak again. This time, Ed himself arrived. As usual, he fully explained to me the problem. I did not hint that maybe the leak had not been properly fixed six months earlier, and was ready to pay for his visit and quick fix. Instead, he fixed it for free. Thanks, Ed!

Called in a panic as our hot water heater was leaking the day before we were supposed to have a walk through for the closing of our house. Ed took care of the job within 4 hours - during a holiday weekend!! TY

On a Saturday afternoon The upstairs toilet, which I guess had been slowly leaking for sometime, decided to burst through the ceiling of my office on the 1st floor. it was a mess. in a panic I called several plumbers.
Not only did Ed answer the phone, but he sent his partner/son Eddie to my house within an hour. Talk about service on a beautiful Saturday!!
The problem with the toilet seal was diagnosed & repaired quite quickly. (now my contractor will need to deal with the damage done) great service, good attitude, I highly recommend Ed's Plumbing!

I accidentally flushed the toilet paper plastic holder and clogged my toilet. Ed's team picked up immediately and Ed got back to me the same day to schedule. Great communication, was on time and professional and unclogged my toilet quickly. Pricing was reasonable. Recommended!

I want to say I was surprised how quickly they managed my request and answered my questions. They quickly had a plumber at my house to manage a horrible situation with a (waste) leaking pipe. They were on time and understanding of my complex schedule. I will definitely call them again.
