Darren was amazing! I called him on a Tuesday morning because two of our toilets were not working. He came that afternoon and fixed them both in less than 30 minutes. It was during the SIP, and so Darren wore a mask/gloves and was totally respectful of our home. We are so grateful that he was able to help us during this crazy time AND that he was so efficient and kind!

My kitchen sink backed up- this was the second time in 3 years. Darren fixed it both times. He's quick, thorough, very clear on explaining what happened.

This second visit was during the SHELTER IN PLACE. I SO appreciated him asking if I had been exposed, showed symptoms, etc, before he came & wore a mask a gloves while he was there.

I live out of state yet own a rental in Napa. The house was having plumbing issues, water was slow draining and backing up in the tub and washing machine, my tenant was becoming very concerned. I called a few local plumbers and Darren with ED""S PLUMBING & REPAIR was the first to respond in a timely manner. I explained the problem best I could being I don't live at the property, he was patient and understanding, took it upon himself to speak with my tenant and setting up a time the following day to address the problem. He showed up at the time that was arranged, resolved the problems efficiently and even took time to be sure all drains were running clear. He followed thru by calling me with details and full explanations along with arrangements for billing even though I'm out of state. He was fair, clean, knowledgeable and personable. I had a nasty drain clog. Over the past 20 years I have taken care of these issues by renting an electric snake myself. This time the only thing I ended up doing was making a mess and reminding myself that I am not that young anymore.

Darren picked up on Saturday afternoon and left me know he would be here Monday morning. It was a stubborn clog and had to be attacked from two different spots to get the drain working efficiently again but it is working great again. Next time I will be foregoing the rental and calling Darren first thing.

Daren showed up within an hour and finished the install of a garbage disposal that I started until hitting a snag beyond my level of expertise and comfort. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and that's what I paid even though he had to undo what I did to fix something I missed ( more work than he anticipated ). Friendly, thorough, and efficient. I'll be using him again, if I ever need a plumber.
