Fast, efficient, and knowledgeable.

My go-to plumber was unavailable for an urgent job cleaning out a clogged line, and Darren (the owner) picked up when I called and was over within an hour. He was able to confirm my understanding of the issue, and get it resolved.

Because Ed's Plumbing just does service calls, he was also able to help point me in the right direction for some other plumbing projects that we need done aroud the house in the coming year.

We didn't end up using Darren for our project but I was impressed with his responsiveness and candidness. We had a sewer line issue on a Sunday, and he was reachable, and steered us the right direction to get the Napa Sanitation District involved. Had he come out to help resolve it, his prices per hour were more competitive than we were seeing at the ""big"" napa plumbing shops. After we found out we need to do some larger repair work, he provided candid and very valuable referrals to get us setup. I will happily reach out to next time we have a job to Darren.

Mega-jobs but, perfect for get-down-to-it maintenance and repair.
