With a lifelong commitment to the HVAC industry, Ed's family ran Sasso Air Conditioning, Inc. until 1996. Needed an emergency AC repair. I was so pleased EDS was able to get here to fix it. Service tech was timely, friendly, competent & polite and had it fixed in less than an hour. Hooray we have air conditioning!

Extremely strange situation. I called to have them turn on hot water heater. Ok I know a Service call is a service call. They get $89 hr. Fine. BUT they looked at the A/C as well which is a free service. Unfortunately I need a new handler and told them they can install it. $3500. I went ahead paid the $89 but thought... Hey he was already here took to seconds to turn on my hot water heater. Should not have to pay it. Donald would rather keep the $89 as opposed to deduct from the installation $3500 unit ...I also need a split unit in the garage as he knows. $4500 unit. His call of course but thought it strange. Onto looking for a new A/C guy.

This company installed a new system in to our new house prior to our purchase. We continued with them as we felt they would continue to offer good quality service. And they have. We would recommend them highly. They are always on time with appointments and are pleasant and respectful to us. Their pricing is satisfactory and competitive. All employees we have encountered are knowledgeable about their job duties and appear to be well trained. Highly recommend this company.

Our A/C stopped working today and we called EDS. They showed up right away and our tech, Don Connelly, was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. He really took the time to explain what was wrong with the unit and made sure I had all my questions answered. The company also texts you when your tech is on his way with GPS tracking so you know exactly when they will be there. They also sent a photo and a little bio of the tech. I really liked this because you can kind of get a feel for who is coming to your home. We will definitely use them again and recommend to family and friends.

Eric and Jonathan were very professional and proficient. They installed my AC with no issues and let me know how it was progressing along the way. I am super happy and they have a client for life. Thank you so much the their wonderful team!

I have had EDS for years. The one issue I have had is that they partially fix things. I had a new unit installed about 5 years ago by them. It was not manufactured correctly which came up in the install. Since than they are constantly out here fixing it at all hours. 5 months ago they spent 8 hours fixing it and cleaning it do to the poor install. Just recently there was a small hole in the part they fixed and I had to pay over $800.00 for a new part. Not happy at all right now with them.

Hot water heater was not working this morning; called EDS and within the half hour someone was here (they send you a text with your techs name and picture so you know who you will be working with). My tech Richie came and new what was the problem right away. He even showed me how I can check the switch myself next time. Really courteous service from Katherine in the office who booked my call to the tech for being so prompt. Happy to use them again. As a new home owner this really was a breeze.

E.D.S is by far the most professional AC company I have ever done business with in my 40 years of homeownership in South Florida. Their service techs are well trained in their trade and always exhibit professionalism, courtesy, and respect while completing the job. I especially like the use of technology as it applies to helping me understand what the repair entails. My AC unit is on my condo roof so the pictures are helpful. The dispatchers are not just office people, they know what they're talking about and go out of their way to schedule the appt to facilitate the homeowner. Great company that I highly recommend

Unhappy customer. I had service on my unit. Guy said it needed a capacitor. Said he would give me a price first. Next thing I know he is done and gives me a bill for $208. I priced this exact capacitor at several locations from $5 to $25. I know they like to sell parts but that kind of markup is a ripoff!! Won't be using these people again.

Customer Beware! What a rude, disappointing and unprofessional company. We used them for the first time in November because we had an air conditioning problem in a newly purchased condo. A tech came over thought he fixed it. However, it wasn't fixed so EDS sent someone else to our house and the problem was solved. We paid at time of service for both calls AND we paid for a yearly plan of service. Later we called and asked for a refund for one service call since the first tech had misdiagnosed the problem. They obliged. A few months later we called for another service call on a different problem and were told we were basically banned by them.They lied to us and said they refunded us 2x (which they didn't). The owner started to shout and said I was lying. The last time we called to get our yearly service fee refunded we were told the owner was not in. When I asked when he would be back, the receptionist said, """" I don't keep track of his comings and goings."""" Unprofessional, badly managed, terribly rude. At this company the customer isn't listened to and certainly doesn't come first. Stick with the smaller companies not these guys.
