I called to inquire about getting a quote on a new AC system. Spoke with Carolyn who was extremely professional and personable. She was able to have a representative come to my home the same day. She explained to me about a program that is available to finance a new AC system and explained that the representative would go over the details during our appointment. About an hour before my appointment I received a text with a picture of the sales consultant and his bio letting me know he would be there soon. He personally called me to let me know he was on his way. Tony was very professional and explained my options. He called the next day to follow-up. I had 2 other quotes and due to the above, I will be giving EDS my business.

What a joy it was dealing with everyone at E.D.S Air Conditioning. Colleen P took my initial call and could not have been nicer, more helpful or informative about the services that would help me the best. My technician, Don Connelly was out first within hours of me making my initial call. After he assessed the problem and started my 20 yr old air conditioner. He notified me it really was time to get a new AC. In the end I purchased a new AC and Don patiently went through all the paperwork with me and answered all my questions. He was most helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I would like to take this opportunity to compliment Eric Burgos and Omar Gomez as excellent workman with efficient customer service and for an amazing installation and their prompt friendly service. I've got a new AC company now!!! Great service, great people, reasonable prices. I will definitely use this company again!!!

Our A/C stopped working today and we called EDS. They showed up right away and our tech, Don Connelly, was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. He really took the time to explain what was wrong with the unit and made sure I had all my questions answered. The company also texts you when your tech is on his way with GPS tracking so you know exactly when they will be there. They also sent a photo and a little bio of the tech. I really liked this because you can kind of get a feel for who is coming to your home. We will definitely use them again and recommend to family and friends.

This company installed a new system in to our new house prior to our purchase. We continued with them as we felt they would continue to offer good quality service. And they have. We would recommend them highly. They are always on time with appointments and are pleasant and respectful to us. Their pricing is satisfactory and competitive. All employees we have encountered are knowledgeable about their job duties and appear to be well trained. Highly recommend this company.

I was incredibly impressed with Peter from E.D.S. I was given an appointment window of 11a-2pm, and Peter was there at 10:55am. He was very helpful. He was able to get a team out to my house on Saturday morning, instead of our agreed upon Wednesday. I sent him an email at 1130pm, and when I woke up the next day, he had already emailed me 3 times, letting me know he would get the team out there Saturday. Customer Service like that is few and far in-between. Thank you Peter!

E.D.S. was only company that finally offered us suggestions and followed up with a solution to our HOT part of house. Sean Caplan was phenomenal and took his time and sent us several quotes/options. His crew was at our home well after 9:00pm first day and back again, bright and early, next day to finish job. Job consisted of some new duct work, new returns, new vents, new system inside/out. HIGHLY recommend E.D.S. for your a/c needs!

There is nothing more frustrating than coming home after a 10-hour flight to realize you have no hot water. This is what happened to me early this morning. Boohoo. So I called EDS in the morning and was on the schedule for early afternoon. The person that took my call was super pleasant and even asked me to make sure that my circuit breakers were all okay. To me that means they aren't trying to scheme me out of my money. I always go to worst case scenario in my head so I asked if they would be able to replace the water heater today if necessary and they said yes. That's super important to me since who wants to wait for hot water. The tech arrived at 2:30 and did his repairs in about an hour. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable. One thing I really liked was that they text you once the technician is on his way with a picture of the tech and his location. This is super helpful for me because I work near my home and would rather not sit at home waiting for a service call. I am going to keep their number handy so I can continue to use them in the future.

The person in charge of pulling the permit for our $12,000 AC installation (overpriced) pocketed the money instead of getting the permit. We have the house on the market for sale now and the company has continued to attempt to redeem themselves to get the permit however they did not even show up for inspection of the AC like they're supposed to, and the inspection failed because it was a terrible job with a lot wrong. I consulted a free construction law firm and they said basically we could sue them which I 100% will if they don't get their act together. this has been a nightmare. my advice is don't use this company.

Customer Beware! What a rude, disappointing and unprofessional company. We used them for the first time in November because we had an air conditioning problem in a newly purchased condo. A tech came over thought he fixed it. However, it wasn't fixed so EDS sent someone else to our house and the problem was solved. We paid at time of service for both calls AND we paid for a yearly plan of service. Later we called and asked for a refund for one service call since the first tech had misdiagnosed the problem. They obliged. A few months later we called for another service call on a different problem and were told we were basically banned by them.They lied to us and said they refunded us 2x (which they didn't). The owner started to shout and said I was lying. The last time we called to get our yearly service fee refunded we were told the owner was not in. When I asked when he would be back, the receptionist said, """" I don't keep track of his comings and goings."""" Unprofessional, badly managed, terribly rude. At this company the customer isn't listened to and certainly doesn't come first. Stick with the smaller companies not these guys.
