Edgewood saved the day! 14 year old water heater was leaking all over the garage floor for a couple days. Needed a Saturday replacement and all other local plumbers would not come on the weekend or wanted to charge extra. Not only did Edgewood have folks on standby (Jose is awesome!) but they were 25% less than all others.

Very thorough, courteous, and clean installation process.

Will be calling Edgewood first for any future plumbing needs!

If you need a plumber for anything, call Edgewood. The communication with Edgewood was very good. They were on time for the estimate and installation. There was very little time delay between our initial phone call to them and getting the work done. As far as their pricing, we had five different estimates from five different companies. And Edgewood was the lowest by far. The cost was $3100 to have a tankless water heater put in our home, this included the permit of $250. One of the estimates was $10,000. another estimate was 6400. The permit cost would've been $500 in addition to these estimates. And I can't tell you enough how happy we are with Edgewood Plumbing.

Our pressure reducing valve failed, which caused problems with our on-demand hot water system and our irrigation system due to high water pressure. On the recommendation of a friend, we called Edgewood. Although they had a busy schedule, they came right out and diagnosed our Noritz hot water heater and determined that the high water pressure was causing the systems to run erratically. They then returned to replace the pressure reducing valve and restore our water system functionality. They were courteous, on time, and knowledgeable. I would recommend them.

They want to make certain the job is done right the first time. They are meticulous about everything they do.
They have reasonable pricing. They don't try to upsell, but will let you know if there is something additional that could be done to make something better. They are polite and explain what needs to be done in a way you can understand.

Just had these guys come out today, had a quote from another outfit for double the price, said they'd have to drain the water heater, that I should get the part from the manufacturer, that they didn't carry it, yada yada. Had Everette come out and he guided me in the right direction. Prompt, stand up guy, quick with his work. Wouldn't recommend going anywhere else but here. Veteran owned and all around good/ decent people.

Reviews high but lacked in service. Had Dan come to our home to give us an estimate on an all house water filtration system. Two weeks later still no call or email with the estimate. Then, I called them to let them know we never heard from them and going elsewhere. The receptionist laughed and said oh good... NOT good! Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Not happy.

Tub spout stem developed a leak this morning. Of course it's the day before Thanksgiving and we have family coming over. I called several companies and all were booked out a ways. I then called Edgewood and was told someone would be here within the hour. 30 ish minutes later he arrived, said ""Yeah, I can fix that"" and did so without having to access the wall. What a relief that was. An hour later he was out the door with a reasonable fee and my gratitude. Edgewood will definitely be my first call from now on.
