Avoid Edgewater. Something at Edgewater has changed. The plumbers are less experienced and inefficient, they overcharge by taking longer than should reasonably be expected, they sell unnecessary items and don't stand behind their work. Avoid Edgewater.

Dishonest. Charged for an extra hour they did not work. Charged an additional $75/hour, on top of $115/hour, for a ""helper"". I should have know when they estimated two hours to swap out a p-trap (extremely simple work).

I have used Edgewater Plumbing for all my lake home plumbing needs. I have had a very good experience with this company. Their prices are fair, they show up on time, they guys are polite and have done a good job thus far. I will continue to use them as my first call for a plumbing company. I do recommend them.

Had a plumbing co come in fixed our water heater on 2/9/16 guy was polite did good job I told him our drain was also plugged he advised me to call make a new appointment I did call Friday 2/12/16 left message Emailed him on Saturday 2/13/16 called again Monday 2/15/16 twice late Monday I called Edgewater made appointment for 2/16/16 Armando showed up at 7am our scheduled time did a wonderful job was polite explained things to us our bill was actually cheaper than the first Company you know the one who don't return calls.

I had a terrible experience with this company. The work I requested was not done; the billing was excessive; and the owner, Jeremiah Lederer, was extremely rude to me. I contacted the company the day I received the bill to express my concerns. Mr. Lederer's response was to threaten to file a lawsuit against me. For non-payment. Of the bill that wasn't due yet. Which I had not refused to pay. I will certainly never use this company again, and I would not recommend it to anyone else.
