Mike M.I called to see if they could get a part for my bathtub and the guy on the phone was very rude. I would like to give my business to a local business but not when they are going to be rude.
C M.I bought a brass fitting there over the summer and they KNEW they were the only ones with it in town. That, coupled with not having a ""house account"", got me stung like you wouldn't believe on the price (over $50). My neighbor had a similar experience and won't go there anymore. BEWARE of these guys!!
