Edge plumbing was chosen by our home warranty company. They are in need of a secretary to answer the phone and make appointments. I was unable to ever get in contact with them after leaving several messages and letting a week go by, I was able to get my warranty company to get me another contractor after they were also unable to contact Edge Plumbing Inc.

I used edge plumbing to fix my garbage disposal. They were very quick! I have no problems about their work. I have another disposal that I need fixed. I called last week to get an appointment, they said that they'd call me in the morning to schedule something. I didn't hear from them. I called again yesterday and they said the same thing. No call. They keep blowing me off. It's a bummer, I was hoping that I found a reliable plumber. Oh well, what can ya do.

I have a horrible story to share. So my home warranty company contracted edge plumbing to fix my garbage disposal. Everything was working great after the repair. A couple weeks later I noticed that there was a bubble in the the ceiling of my basement that was wet. My mom told me that there was a leak coming from under the kitchen sink. When I check under the sink I found out that the drain going from the garbage disposal to the sewage was not tighten all so I tighten it up and proceed to call the home warranty company. I was concerned about possibly water damage. a couple days later I scheduled for Dusty to come out and he took a look at it and assured me everything would be fine and the mistake would be corrected . Two and a half weeks later I reach out to Dusty because no one ever contacted me. Dusty told to reach out to my home warranty company because they are not going to correct their mistake. My home warranty company said that it will not cover the mistake of edge plumbing and edge plumbing will not take ownership of the mistake that was made. So that's my story. I'm sharing my experience to make sure to think twice deciding to to business with edge plumbing and if you do decide to hire edge plumbing be sure to check your pipes twice to make sure that they are connected securely

Dusty called me back promptly and came out the next day and installed our new water heater. They were so nice and did a terrific job. They are now our go to plumbers!

What a horrible experience! We discovered a leak behind the wall of our upstairs shower. Our home warranty company sent us to edge. They came on a Tuesday said they needed a part and would be back Friday. They not only didn't show they didn't rapid to our calls for two weeks. In the meantime the leak continued destroying the ceiling of the room below. When they finally came back and fixed it they left the faucet sitting more than 1/4 inch from the wall because they were too lazy to do it right. They told my husband, who isn't very handy, to just fill it with silicone. I looked at it later and it's way to big to deal with in this manner.

My husband got them to come back and fix the gap. Great. Now I can use that shower again. I just have to remember that now the hot is where the cold should be and the cold is where the hot was. Now I just have to pay for someone else to come and fix the water damage caused by them not fixing the problem promptly.

Be careful with Edge Plumbing. We had a hot water smell issue and had an Edge consultant come out to investigate the issue. We were given a long list of ""necessary to bring up to code"" fixes that weren't actually issues at all. The consultant even knocked on our expansion tank and declared that it was totally trashed and needed to be replaced asap until I let him know it was brand new and working great. I can't comment on the quality of their work, just that their consultation was inaccurate and full of add-on costs that were unnecessary.

Horrible plumbers. Do not use them for anything!

I had Edge replace an ejector pump for me 2 years ago. They said the pump would last many years (10+) but it only lasted 2 years. I had them replace the pump a second time and asked them to leave the old pump so that I could get it repaired (only the sensor was faulty). Instead they said the pump was a very low grade (which they sold to me as a great pump 2 years earlier) and then stole the pump and refused to return it.

Poor quality of work, poor products, and very unethical. Avoid Edge Plumbing and avoid Kenny Adams (co-owner and plumber).

I have a home warranty so, this company became my plumbing co. I tried from 7am trying to contact them. It kept going to voice mail until it could take no more of my calls. Finally at 2 (7 hours later) they call. They said their whole office was in a meeting that's why they didn't answer. You think at least one person would be there to answer incoming calls. In any event from the time I called my home warranty company to the time Edge Plumbing could come to my house it would be over 48 hours. They actually told me they were to busy. I believe they were to busy because it was just a $60 service flat rate. That was not enough money for them. Would I recommend Edge Plumbing HELL NO!!!!

Terrible. They finally showed up on home warranty Work Order after me trying to call them for over a week. It took them 3 seconds to diagnose my plumbing issue and I was out $60. Not covered by the warranty so ok fine. I asked to schedule a time for them to come fix the problem. They did not show up for the appointment. I had to take the day off for the no show. The didn't return my calls. Unresponsive. I do not recommend them.

This company was sent out to my house by my home warranty service to fix a leak under my master shower. The first time the technician arrived at my home he barely did a thing before deciding it was a bad shower pan. To temporarily ""fix"" the problem he put silicone around the drain plate and called it good (didn't work). I was told to fix the problem completely I would have to tear out and replace my entire shower. This prompted me to get a second opinion from a certified home inspector. The inspector came out, actually cut the drywall in my ceiling to get a view of the shower from underneath, and quickly discovered it was a cracked drain that was the problem, NOT the shower pan. He told me it should be a much easier fix than a shower pan. They would just have to cut the pipe, remove the old drain, put in a new one and reconnect the plumbing. The inspector submitted a report to the warranty company which resulted in Edge Plumbing being sent back out to my house. The same technician arrived with apologies galore for not finding the actual problem. ""80% of the time it's the shower pan,"" he said. ""I guess you are just part of the 20%."" He then proceeded to tell me that he couldn't cut the old drain out because it was ""too close to the main line"" and ""in the worst place possible."" He then told me the best he could do to fix the problem was ""wax and glue"" the pipe (didn't work either). Again, I was told to completely fix the problem I would have tear out the ENTIRE shower. Needless to say I was irritated and put off by this company after dealing with them the second time. After the issue persisted I decided to call in another company to fix the problem, even though I would have to pay for it out of my own pocket (I was not dealing with Edge Plumbing again). The 3rd contractor came out, was easily able to remove the old drain after cutting out a small portion of the pipe, and install a new one. They completely and adequately fixed the problem. I cannot say the same about edge plumbing. They seem to only be willing to do the easy or cheap fix instead of providing their customers with great quality and service. Twice they tried to deceive me and get me to replace my shower, likely to make more money on unnecessary work. I will never use Edge Plumbing again, nor will I ever recommend them to others.
