These guys are a damn joke and super unprofessional. Save your precious time & money and go elsewhere! They suck at customer service and follow up. I had no choice but to pay $60 for these idiots to come out to diagnose a leak in my home (they're contractors through our sorry ass home warranty Landmark) -- only to have them leave a scribbled note stating that the leak was coming from an air purifier under my sink that doesn't exist. Wth?! Smudge. After calling around and leaving several messages for them with no call back, I ended up having another plumber come out and give me a REAL DIAGNOSIS unlike these clowns. Oh & don't expect to get ahold of any live person on any of the numbers listed online, yelp or through the live dispatch. I left several messages and also spoke with the receptionist the next day stating my dissatisfaction at the vague note left by their inexperienced plumber who told me that she would research the issue and call me back. I have YET to hear back from them. Never again!

I wish there was a negative star rating. This company was contracted by my home warranty company. Firstly about 3-4 months ago, the were called to inspect my washer that was leaking. Upon pulling it out, the plumber ripped off the top ring. Then tried putting it back on, saying it was fixed. The spin cycle wouldn't work. The plumber then said he's going to call his boss and get it fixed. Later I found out he is the owner. I've called alot just to be hung up on by the receptionist. 3-4+ months later my washer still hasn't been fixed and the home warranty said it's on edge to fix it.

Edge Plumbing came out to assess a main water leak. They decided the pipe was bent and to hit it with a wrench to get it to go back into the fitting to make the leak not as ""bad"". It made it worse. My water was shut off to my home for a week while they decided if they could do the repair. They came back out and broke my sprinkler line and PVC pipe, tried to cut the pipe for the main water line and left their tools attached to the pipe and left--- all while they submitted a claim to my insurance stating job is complete. While they were paid and unreachable, I am still without water! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

Unethical business practices! Using my warranty claim, Edge added $450 worth of repairs to my hot water heater replacement that my warranty company refused to pay. I had to accept because the warranty would not cover the repair otherwise. I'm not upset about paying a little extra, but the prices Edge charged was robbery (i.e. $75.00 for an earthquake strap; retails for $18 and takes 2 mins. to install). I researched the costs of parts they used and deducted it from what they charged. There was a disparity of $307! That's more than 2.5 hours of labor & they were only here for an hour! My warranty must have paid them for AT LEAST that much time. The technician offered me a $50 discount. This is a nice gesture, but it's essentially offering to give me back money you're trying to steal from me. He also said I ""got a good deal"" because of the warranty. You know who got a good deal with my warranty claim? Edge Plumbing. Only a dishonest laborer would demand 3.5 hour's pay for a 1 hour job.

Edge plumbing was chosen by our home warranty company. They are in need of a secretary to answer the phone and make appointments. I was unable to ever get in contact with them after leaving several messages and letting a week go by, I was able to get my warranty company to get me another contractor after they were also unable to contact Edge Plumbing Inc.

I used edge plumbing to fix my garbage disposal. They were very quick! I have no problems about their work. I have another disposal that I need fixed. I called last week to get an appointment, they said that they'd call me in the morning to schedule something. I didn't hear from them. I called again yesterday and they said the same thing. No call. They keep blowing me off. It's a bummer, I was hoping that I found a reliable plumber. Oh well, what can ya do.

I have a horrible story to share. So my home warranty company contracted edge plumbing to fix my garbage disposal. Everything was working great after the repair. A couple weeks later I noticed that there was a bubble in the the ceiling of my basement that was wet. My mom told me that there was a leak coming from under the kitchen sink. When I check under the sink I found out that the drain going from the garbage disposal to the sewage was not tighten all so I tighten it up and proceed to call the home warranty company. I was concerned about possibly water damage. a couple days later I scheduled for Dusty to come out and he took a look at it and assured me everything would be fine and the mistake would be corrected . Two and a half weeks later I reach out to Dusty because no one ever contacted me. Dusty told to reach out to my home warranty company because they are not going to correct their mistake. My home warranty company said that it will not cover the mistake of edge plumbing and edge plumbing will not take ownership of the mistake that was made. So that's my story. I'm sharing my experience to make sure to think twice deciding to to business with edge plumbing and if you do decide to hire edge plumbing be sure to check your pipes twice to make sure that they are connected securely

We love Dusty and Kenny at Edge Plumbing!!!!! We had a horrible experience with another company when we needed our water heater replaced. Dusty called me back promptly and came out the next day and installed our new water heater. They were so nice and did a terrific job. They are now our go to plumbers!

What a horrible experience! We discovered a leak behind the wall of our upstairs shower. Our home warranty company sent us to edge. They came on a Tuesday said they needed a part and would be back Friday. They not only didn't show they didn't rapid to our calls for two weeks. In the meantime the leak continued destroying the ceiling of the room below. When they finally came back and fixed it they left the faucet sitting more than 1/4 inch from the wall because they were too lazy to do it right. They told my husband, who isn't very handy, to just fill it with silicone. I looked at it later and it's way to big to deal with in this manner.
My husband got them to come back and fix the gap. Great. Now I can use that shower again. I just have to remember that now the hot is where the cold should be and the cold is where the hot was. Now I just have to pay for someone else to come and fix the water damage caused by them not fixing the problem promptly.

Be careful with Edge Plumbing. We had a hot water smell issue and had an Edge consultant come out to investigate the issue. We were given a long list of ""necessary to bring up to code"" fixes that weren't actually issues at all. The consultant even knocked on our expansion tank and declared that it was totally trashed and needed to be replaced asap until I let him know it was brand new and working great. I can't comment on the quality of their work, just that their consultation was inaccurate and full of add-on costs that were unnecessary.
