Called Edgar for an urgent Water Heater replacement, which was a complete overhaul of our system to a tankless water heater. He went out of his way to fit an appointment in within 2 hours of calling him (he fit a consultation in as he was in between site visits). He was very pleasant, extremely informative and efficient and helped advise on a swift replacement (next day, my request) of our outdated, broken (leaking & broken pilot light) water heater and replaced with a tankless gas water heater with outdoor mount and water circulator. He had to talk me into the outdoor mount, and did so patiently, accommodating my requests for the outdoor system to be as invisible as possible. He even hauled out the unit and propped it in different placements to find the right location for my satisfaction and code permits. He went out of his way to help clean up the entire closet that he removed the massive previous tank from, not only helping us tidy it up spic & span, but also helped to shorten & streamline the tangle of copper pipes that the previous install decades ago had left. His pricing for the whole project was reasonable and within the lower-medium range of prices we had previous been quoted for, and we loved that he was a local business, very personable customer service and clearly takes pride in the excellence and efficiency of his work & team. We have used Edgar's Plumbing for the past 4 years and have had consistently great service. He is professional and explains the situation thoroughly. He has either come the same day that we have called him or the very next morning. I cannot stress how easy it is to work with him. He is extremely honest (he constantly showed me what he was removing and the damage/corrosion on the preexisting pipes) and his prices are fair. I highly recommend this company.

These guys are great! Edgar and Javier are top notch guys and do the greatest job possible for all our plumbing needs. Edgar came out today to fix a clogged kitchen sink. He was cordial and professional. He showed up exactly when he said he would and dove right into the job. He explained everything clearly - what the problem and solution were. And just as importantly, the price was just right. Can't recommend them enough: great work, great price, cordial, punctual, professional. A+!

I called Edgar because I recently moved into a condo where the tub spout was broken. It was mostly the diverter but I wanted the whole spout removed and replaced. For some reason the spout wasn't able to twist off like normal and after several attempts, I gave up and hesitantly called a plumber. The first plumber I called quoted me around $300+ which... surprised me because it was just a tub spout that needed removal. He said all this bullshit like he needed to cut through the drywall behind the wall to check the plumbing and then remove/replace the tiles, etc. Which all sounded way more complicated than it should be.

Called Edgar next, and he quoted me half the price. His man Javier came exactly when he said he would, sawed the tub spout off (he said there was a compressor inside the tub spout that prevented it from being removed) and replaced it with a new spout. No complicated procedure necessary and the price stayed exactly the same that was quoted to me on the phone. The nicest part was 2 hours later, Javier came back to my place to replace a part of my tub spout with a better quality part without any extra charge. I didn't ask him to come back, he just came on his own and spent another 20 minutes replacing the part for me. I literally had to throw my money at him because he didn't want it.

So yes, super awesome people. Call them!

I called Edgar one morning for a broken sewer line. He came that day, diagnosed and repaired my badly broken line - under budget - same day. He also cleaned up and double checked the line with a camera.
