I left a voicemail asking for a quote to install a water softener and got a call back the same day to schedule a visit to get a quote. I was able to get an appointment for the same day. The price was fair and Mike went into details on how the install would go and his recommendations on the location. Compared to other quotes/plumbers, Mike was the most knowledgable and logical for the layout and install with our limited space in the garage. The installation was clean and performed in a timely manner and programmed to the water hardness by Mike and Manny. Two weeks later to this day we are noticing the difference of the water softener and loving it.

Mike and Manny were able to help out with a separate shower issue we were having and resolved it while upgraded the valve parts from plastic to brass. Very happy with the outcome as well.

Highly recommend and found my go to for any future plumbing.

If you're looking for a top notch licensed plumber to handle your job properly at a fair price Mike and his team are the ones. In addition to several service calls, Mike has done two larger jobs for us over the years that we are very satisfied with: he installed a clean out drain for us in a 100 year old craftsman a while back, and sometime later they installed a complete gas line replacement system in our large mid century ranch house that required a large team and permitting and inspection by the city. Both jobs were bidded out by several other contractors and Mike's bid was always fair, especially given the quality of work we became able to expect with our previous good experiences. Mike crew shows up on time and he stays in good communication and does the job right. Lastly, he stands behind his work at the highest level and personally came out to our house to remedy something related to the job two years later that took half a day of his time at no charge. Most contractors I've worked you might be lucky to even get a call back so I was pretty happy. If you're considering Edelstein Plumbing for a job that matters to you, I strongly suggest you go with them. I'm taking my time to post this because it's truly a joy to work with someone highly competent who takes their profession seriously. Thanks Mike!

Mike and his team are amazing - and I don't say that lightly.
Yes, he's on time; yes, he does great work; and yes, he's knowledgeable; but more than that - he's wonderful to work with. Mike gives it to you straight-up. Not recommending more than what is needed (unless you ask for an upgrade) and never doing less than what's absolutely required. He has your best interests and needs at heart.
He returns calls and his customer service is beyond comparison. We highly recommend Mike and wouldn't think of using anyone else.
