Went to the parts store for the first time and was very impressed. I just needed a sump pump replaced and the guy behind the counter was a world of education. I also upgraded to a better model with a better warranty. Keep up the great work.

Had the worst experience with this company. They sold me a floor model faucet at a steep discount (it was still $600.) I called my plumber to have it installed and he realized that it was a ""decoy"" faucet-- it had no internal parts. The manufacturer had given it to Edelman's and they tried to sell it to me. Edelman's said sorry and they'd find me another faucet. The one they offered was going to cost me another $100 (I have since found it online for $400). I paid for it, and now I have a plumber here replacing all the washers even though it has been installed for less than 4 months.

The more I think about this transaction, the madder it makes me.
