AMI Shower floor purchase was terrible. At the time of purchase there was not an AMI shower on display. We were told by the sales representative at Edelman that the pro came in a smooth finish , and were given a sample of the product in the gloss and semi gloss color that we wanted. I gave all of the dimensions of the drain location in a well charted diagram. Along with a matching caulk and type of drain needed. The original order took a long time to fulfill, and the drain location was not correct. The second floor came in very shortly afterwards. the 2nd unit came to Edelman. Before removing the item, the measurements were taken from the bottom of the unit.The top of the unit was covered by cardboard After determining measurements Of the drain and total size were correct. . After getting the shower floor to the install location, the cardboard was removed from the top of the package. The shower floor was not smooth. I was told that AMI does not make a smooth shower floor for liability reasons? The caulk from AMI was also over 2 years old? I Suggest not using Ami or Edelman Plumbing .

for over 30 years I have been a customer but after today no longer, they are price gouging big time, charged me 25.00 for a 1 1/2 in test plug that cost 3.79 at home depot and 24 dollars for a tube of clear caulk

We ordered a very expensive refrigerator from this place. Everything was fine until it was time for delivery. They came to our home and thought they were only supposed to drop the refrigerator off in our garage when it was supposed to be brought inside our home. They only had one person doing the delivery that day and had to reschedule it for when they had more people that could carry it in. Our new delivery date came and no one called to tell us that it wouldn't be delivered that day either. On the day that we finally had our refrigerator delivered, they only brought it in the house and placed it right in front of where it was supposed to go. They would not slide it into the area and hook it up. So now we have to pay someone to install our refrigerator after paying $18k for it! Best Buy has better service than this place for regular priced appliances.

Building a house is a challange but Edelmans Plumbing took the pressure off. Andrew was extremely helpful in selsction and offering suggestions to steer us right. The project went off without a hitch. Even a few years after installation and then again a year after that, any issue or queston I had was quickly and thoroughly taken care of. I strongly recommend them. They were not the cheapest prices I found but it is very true, you get what you pay for.

I went to edelman's to get a replacement part for my kitchen faucet. When I walked in the door and asked for someone to help me with the kitchen faucet they all seemed incredibly unenthusiastic to help. When it turned out all I needed was a part they told me just to email the person about the part. Gave me his card and walked away. No thanks for coming. No dice sagely out there as I drove through a snowstorm to get there.

Edelman Bedford has a large showroom with top sales people. Everything is always updated and new product is being displayed. The customer service is phenomenal, everyone goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. The atmosphere and experience is top notch.

Overall: I would not recommend unless you're OK paying a very high price with minimal service. Selection of high end items is good though, and they have working showers to test the heads.

Service: 2 stars. When I walked in, I passed by 2 employees sitting at their desks. There was only 1 other customer in the store, and another employee was already helping that customer. The 2 other employees barely looked up at me, and didn't bother to ask if I needed help even though I walked around for 10 minutes. When I asked for some help, the employee assisting me seemed like I was an inconvenience.

Selection: 3 stars. They had a very large selection of mostly very high end products. They would do more business if they carried some more mid-tier priced items too. On the plus side, they have working showers to test the shower heads.

Price: 2 stars. The products are very very expensive. I was shopping for a shower set (rain head, shower arm, valve), and the lowest set was about $1,000. I realize they are better quality than Home Depot, but their lowest priced set was 300% more than Home Depot's highest priced set.

I really liked this place. They had a great showroom for kitchen and bath products, including a room that had running water to try various shower heads, rain showers or whatever else you could hook up to the running water displays.

Only negative was that so few items I wanted were in stock. Nearly everything had to be ordered.

While the staff were all very helpful, I found someone that was better able at finding exactly what I needed at a different store in Medina.

My advice, search out a few stores/showrooms such as this and take a drive to the best one that fits your needs.

I ordered products here, I purchased products on site here, but after finding several other stores that specialize in similar plumbing supply; I was happier going elsewhere. Don't get me wrong, if you're on the east side of Cleveland and don't want to drive all over. This place is fine, but if you have to wait for an item to ship anyways, you're probably better ordering it online or elsewhere.

Very nice talking, but they have no clues about the products they sell. Avoid them if you can: if you have to buy high end products there is no need for them, and you'll lose time and money (they aren't cheap). And if you need something conventional, why to bother? Go to HomeDepot or Lowe's and you will get the same at much cheaper prices.
