If I were to give 0/5 stars, I WOULD! They are so unprofessional. And have terrible customer service. I live by the Westlake apartments and they are currently doing a drainage cleaning beside my house. They have parked their truck with a ramp in front of my sister and mom's car. My sister have asked nicely to move their truck so she can move the cars. But they refused and basically brushed her off. She basically was told to wait until they were done to move the cars which would take hours. His reasoning in not wanting to move the cars is that we aren't going to work and that it is not an emergency. Regardless of the reason, we had the right to move our cars as residents. They were so rude to her and made her struggle to move the cars with the truck blocking it. They were laughing at her!!!! Hella disrespectful. Literally they could easily move the truck and there wouldn't be no problem. They finally moved it after my sister's boyfriend and I spoke to them. When I was asking why they didn't want to move their truck. Literally they had 4 workers at the site. Two of them were actually working and the other two, the one seen in the picture with the blue jacket and the green shirt, they weren't doing anything and basically just standing there. Those two could have easily moved their truck but they didn't want to. They were talking to me so rudely too. Why did they have to be all rude and dismissive to residents of the area they are currently working in??? I definitely do not recommend to hire this company for their unprofessionalism.

Used Eddy's plumbing to put in clean out to my property. They dug up the driveway and the line wasn't there. Finally found it in my front yard and installed it but never got a permit. The inspector told them they needed to dig it up to be inspected and apply for the permit. I've been waiting for 2 months.

Very happy with the service from Eddy -- called in the morning with a leak, and he was able to fit us in on the same day. He was fast, efficient, and offered a lot of good advice about some plumbing issues beyond the ones we called him for. The price was reasonable, too, compared to companies like Cabrillo . . . I will confidently contact him again with my future plumbing needs.

Eddy and team are amazing.

We called them at 9am when we found a leak under the sink. When they arrived at noon, they fixed the sink, a and a couple of other issues around the house and were all wrapped up in less than 2 hours. Very friendly and reasonable pricing. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Eddy's plumbing for any of your plumbing issues. he's fast, friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. he was very accommodate and showed up at my front door in less than 10 mins. his work is outstanding and the price is reasonable.

Must have been an off day for Eddy's Plumbing. After reading the great reviews, I called Eddy on Tuesday to see about repairs for several plumbing problems we'd been having, particularly for the sudden water gushing out from kitchen sink drain. Set up appt for today, Thursday, between 3:30 and 4:00. Left work an hour early, zoomed home. Here at 3:10. It is now 5:15. Still waiting. No answer on Eddy's ##. However-not even a courtesy call from him saying he couldn't make it. Worst part, I lost an hour of work time. Now scrambling to find someone to repair at least this major leak before the weekend arrives! Really? Not even a phone call saying you couldn't make it? So I could make other arrangements asap.....instead of being without a kitchen sink since Tuesday and now tonight as well? Really?

An absolute professional! Water heater broke and that same he mange to get a new water heater and installed it. I highly recommend this person. An honest man with 28 years of experience. Very ethical man and more businesses should be like eddy's plumbing. A trust worthy company!

I had a serious leak in an apartment building. A downstairs unit had a leaky bathroom ceiling.
Eddy arrived and I gave permission to open the ceiling. There was a hole in the bathtub copper drain. He had to return to shop for supplies. The repair required welding and precision fit. He tested the repair. No more leaks.
I was impressed with the professionalism of this company. This job involved not only the repair, but also communicating with two different tenants.
Needless to say, I will call Eddy's Plumbing again. On conclusion, Eddy prepared a detailed receipt. I was surprised to receive a 10% discount on the bill.
They conducted the business of my repair in a courteous, knowledgable and professional manner.
