The person that answers the phone, a female is a smart mouth. I've never heard a thank you from them I've tried to use them, being local and a small business, but I CAN NEVER get the plumber to call me back either! EDDIE stop letting your business go down the drain!!!!!!! I would give you a half star if I could!

Called to Clean Out Laundry Tub and Main Drain, 3 wks Later Called Back cause Laundry Tub was Backed Up AGAIN and Got Nothing but a SMART Mouth from the Office Manager and after She Told Me it would be $80 for Them to Come Out Again I Asked for the Owner to Call Me...and I'm Still Waiting !! maybe He'll Call Me when My Credit Card Company takes My $ Back Out His Account ?? Poor Business Practices as I would Steer Clear of Eddie's
