After dealing with 3 other plumbers in the past, finally got a recommendation from a friend to call Eddie's. Had a leak in our outside water line that was difficult to access - under a retaining wall of a concrete enclosure. Eddie, Eric, and the crew did a great job locating the leak and doing everything needed to minimize the disturbance in the process of fixing the leaks. As an add-on, I asked him to find replacements for our (non-std German brand) shower handles. Eddie went out of his way to locate compatible handles and replaced them! Eddie is honest, professional, and has outstanding customer service! I would highly recommend him.

Eddie's Rooter Works is the plumber to call. Heard a drip, but didn't see any faucet or shower dripping. All us home owners, know that's not a good sign. Called Eddie's and they came out an identified, by going under the house, thru crawl space in bedroom closet, a very small hole in pipe in bathroom. Believe me the guy came out all muddy and very blessed we caught it when we did. Very courteous, they come at the time they give you Appt for. Get the job done, and truly very reasonable in price.

Eddie sent over a great guy named Jimmy on his elite team of professional plumbers. Jimmy was engaging and informative. Jimmy addressed the clog and performed a colonoscopy on my main sink drain. The procedure took just under an hour and my main sink drain is cleared out and no more sink back ups. Thanks Jimmy... your a rockstar.

I want to give a super 5-Star review to Eddie's Rooter Works! They did a fantastic job replacing part of our main sewer line...sawing out 12' of the concrete pad, jackhammering through the foundation, excavating 1' or more down to the corroded 3"" cast iron pipe from the 1960s, and successfully managing to tie all of the connected pipes into a brand new ABS system, topped off with a great-looking new concrete floor. Brian ran the job on-site and was really professional, communicative and great to be around. Ed was totally on top of everything, and all of the guys who showed up to work had a great work ethic and attitude. Lastly, Ed's price was beyond fair, far lower than our previous plumber's (Radisic Plumbing) bid. There is just about no job a homeowner dreads more than replacing a sewer line under a concrete pad, but we were really lucky and 100% satisfied using Eddie's Rooter Works!

After dealing with an absolute horrible plumbing contractor, we were a bit nervous about hiring another plumbing contractor to correct all the issues from the first one. Eddie came out and looked everything over, gave us a list of all the corrections and pricing to do so. Eddie was there to oversee the work and was very attentive to doing it the right way and not the fast easy way. He and his crew went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done, not just correctly, but also aesthetically correct.
I would not hesitate to recommend them as they are a 1st class crew.
They always left the property cleaner than when they came in and their work is impeccable. I know that if there were any problem or concern, they would be there immediately to address and correct any issue....but judging from the work they have performed thus far, I doubt they have any recalls at all. It is done correctly the first time.

I had a leak inside my house and found it on Wed. Called AHS and they assigned someone for the job who came later that day, who just saw the issue and recommended a leak detection company. Later AHS assigned another company to come out and they couldn't come out for another 7 days!! That is when I remembered driving behind an Eddie's Rooter Works van that morning on my way to the office.It sounded like they can take care of the problem. I called Eddie and was able to scheduled a visit for the next day. He came right on time and took care of the problem right away. I am so thankful to Eddie and his team. They were very professional and CLEAN!! They wore masks and when making the hole on my wall to access the leaking pipes, they had a cloth on the floor, a vacuum and even cleaned my floor afterwards. They also found the problem right away. I don't usually write reviews, but they deserve all the praise. I have kids and we were turning off the water to minimize the damage. That was tough, but all good now. Thanks Eddie!
