Arrived on time, price was VERY affordable relative to other plumbers I've used, and the plumbers were very friendly. They even recommended I contact the company that made my leaking faucet because it was probably still under warranty - and it was! I'll use them again fo sho.

I have used them many times on my home and my other places and I'm very happy with them. You know how plumbing is it's always an emergency; they have always been there when I needed them and never stopped till they fixed the problem. The owner Bryan and the guys treat you like family, what more can you ask for!

Not sure about the going rate but to put caulk behind the shower faucets at an hours labor rate @ $135.00 which took 20 mins to do, that's pretty unacceptable.

The personnel at the office, from Alexandria has not contacted me back either in two weeks to also come back out and finish up a job with the sink faucets. After sending numerous texts and not getting a response, moving on to a new plumbing company in Alexandria, Va.
