Where do you train these people? The drivers absolutely S***. They come to stop sign to turn and never use the turn signal lever or are the turn signal lights burnt in every truck?

Very disappointed. Waiting all day for serviceman and he never called or showed up! Totally unprofessional and not our previous experience with Phoenix Mechanical!

The owner of the business showed up to do a water test. He came without a sterile test kit to perform the test. He inquired as to if I had a bottle in my car that he could use.

This company is unbelievably unprofessional. Especially when the owner behaves as described above.
