I called Eddies affordable service. Bill: a service call 150 snaking main drain 250,Blockage not resolved, I didnt expect him to charge me nothing but he could have just charged me for the service call. Very slick and responsive but that only goes so far. Oh I also asked him to change a filter for my water tank couldn't even open it , I had it changed by a 65 yo man several times before. This was a 30 year old !

Great, prompt service. Phone was picked up the first time I called and techs were sent out that very day. Identifying the source of the leak was tricking, so they had to come back after the problem resurfaced the next day. Once identified the guys went to work and fixed problem same day. Though I did not meet Eddie personally, his techs were great -- friendly, prompt, willing explain things to a complete idiot -- he was in constant phone contact with either his guys, or with me directly. Thank you.

I called to have them come clean my drain. They showed up an hour late and didn't fix the problem. When I reached out to them they didn't answer. When I finally got a hold of them they would come fix the problem and they never showed up or called. I ended up having to pay someone else to fix the problem. I would not recommend using this service.

Back story: we recently purchased a home in the Catskills and unfortunately had a poor inspection job prior to closing - many things were missed. Within a week of taking possession, we were surprised by an awful sewage smell coming up from the septic tank into our house.

The root cause turned out to be bigger than we thought, but Eddie came back every day and left no stone unturned until we felt safe and confident that the problem was fixed for good.

I highly recommend this company! We had an emergency when multiple pipes broke in our home, we were new to the area and had no one to call. This company came up under emergencies when I googled and Eddie was at our home in 15 minutes. He is professional, polite, and so courteous. We later called him back to do more pipe work and every job was done with pure excellence. He assured me I could call him anytime of day or night and he would be there in a flash.
