We live in an older house and tend to have a lot of small problems. Most plumbers we've used have not solved the problems we called them for or proposed massive expensive changes that we ultimately found unnecessary.

Eddie O came and listened to what we said we needed. He answered all our questions about his suggestions. The estimate was in the area we had hoped it would be. He showed up on time and did the work in the time he told us to expect it to take. When he was done, he cleaned up after himself.

Since the work was completed, everything is working as expected.

Just had a really good experience with Eddie O's in the event of an emergency. Called the main number and was redirected to Eddie's cell. Gave Eddie a call, he listened to my problem, and while he wasn't personally able to make it, he sent someone (fellow named Lem) within 20 minutes. Lem was extremely professional and helpful. Needless to say, the problem has been solved and I'll be using Eddie and Lem again should the need arise. By the way, Lem had a face mask on and offered to put on shoe covers, both of which I appreciated!

Needed emergency plumber for a backed up drain..,basement sinks both overflowing water from upstairs shower, called my usual guy, not available, and his backup guy ""too busy."" Called Dunigan and very nice person also very busy but she recommended Eddie O's. Called them and another very nice person said someone was in the area and would be over in 20 minutes! Never have I had a plumber show up so fast! Great guy, Lem, helped us right away and cleared the drain quickly...I will be using Eddie O's from now on, can't say enough good things about them except THANKS!!!
