I can't say enough praise for Eddie B. Plumbing. We have been using them for years, and this last time they stepped up to the plate in a big way. We were on a cruise ship somewhere in the Caribbean Sea when our pet sitter informed us that our heater was not working. Through coordination with our pet sitter, emails and calls, Eddie B Plumbing handled the problem immediately, ordered the required part and brought back heat in our house. This was a challenging coordination due to our location, our alarm system, and our Pet Sitter's schedule. Don't worry, our pets were fine as they were in a room with baseboard heating.

This is an outstanding company, and we are customers for life!

If you want someone who is the stereotype of plumbers then these are your guys. While under my sink I got a not so nice view of his butt Crack. Also he shared is political views which I did not agree with. No need to bring that up while doing business. His name was Jim. When he arrived he sat in the truck looking at his phone for 10 minutes before coming to the door. Then when he left he sat in it for 20 minutes looking at his phone. This company is family owned so in other words don't bother complaining to the boss. Then the leak still wasn't fixed. Had to call them back the next day. When he returned you could tell he was pissed be had to return. I'm done with family owned Eddie B.

They have the worst plumbers but Eddie B sounds like a nice guy. The 1st plumber was supposed to install my dishwasher and fix the leak in my sink. He said my sink did not need fixing yet it runs with the shut off valve off. He installed my dishwasher and dented the door MF put screws that went thru my island cabinet. He told me to call where I got it and they will send a new one. I called Lowes and they could not replace the door but could send me me a new dishwasher. Eddie B Plumbing sent a new plumber to install my replacement and I tried to explain what happened and he was so nasty and in my face my husband had to step in. He said he was not here for that he was here to put my dishwasher in. Well he fixed the leak but didn't listen to me about the hose so it was all bunched up behind the dishwasher and he could not get it all the way in. He asked us when he was done if it as ok and we said yes. After he left we noticed how far it was sticking out. What a fiasco. I will never ise them again

I called Eddie B at around 11am about a Kiak from upstairs bath into the kitchen. They said they could send someone out in afternoon. I told them no rush because it wasn't a bathroom usually used but they still were able to get someone out. Jim was sent and he was pleasant and courteous. He was got in by 130pm. By 215 he knew what needed to be done. By 4 he was gone and everything was cleaned up. He not only explained the problem and showed and took the time to explain the pieces and what happened. 10/10 recommend

While the plumbing work itself was well done and clean and neat, the charges for 2-hours work installing an owner provided Moen post temp, raising up the shower height a few inches and relocating the drain several inches was ridiculously expensive and significantly more than I was led to believe it would be while scheduling the appointment. I was outright taken advantage of and charged greater than 50% more than 2 other plumbers have since quoted. More disconcerting than the unreasonable price I paid, is the fact that the business owner told me the amount I paid was generally what they charge for a full days work and that the job would be investigated and that someone would get back to me and know one ever replied. I strongly suggest you get a quote from this company in writing before work is done.

Came out within 24 hours to install new water hookup for my ice maker on my new frig. Also installed a new shut off valve in the basement. Done in just over an hour. Will definitely use the again!!

I called for a laundry faucet to be moved down 4- 5 inches in a laundry closet. Plumbers from Eddie B's gave a estimate of over $950.00. Truly outrageous. I called another major plumbing company The price was half that price. The job took an hour and half including a trip to Home Depot for a $10 part so even half price was excessive but $900 was an unspeakable rip off. Price was beyond unfair .

I had needed an emergency water heater replacement at one of my rental properties. I contacted them from a recommendation by another contractor. They responded very quickly, within an hour, and completely remedied the situation. I would highly recommend them. They were professional, courteous, and did neat work. Pricing was up front and fair.
