Great team, great workmanship. Reliable, trustworthy and easy to work with. Another HVAC company installed a complete new unit many years back. The city inspector came and found several items that were not installed correctly. Phoned the company to return and have them address the issues. Continued to have issues. Every time a repairman went into my attic, they came back down with pictures of what was wrong from the initial installation. After several years and quite a bit of money, I called Ed Leigh to completely uninstall and install a brand new unit. This was at least five years ago and I have never had a problem. In fact every time a repairman is in the attic, I hear nothing but complements about the HVAC system installation.

I used Leigh for several years. He put an AC unit in my home which started to leak after one year. The part was under warranty but I paid Leigh $500 for labor. He initially charged me $450 but raised the price after he fixed the unit. He put an AC in my parent's home two years ago and used a 2008 AC unit that still uses R-22 freon to replace my parent's AC. I didn't find out about that until recently. The final thing that happened is when I called him about a water pipe bursting in my front yard and he started yelling at me after I told him I called SAWS to see which side of the yard the leak was on. He told me I shouldn't have called SAWS and if I liked SAWS so much to call them back and have them fix my leak. I should have realized he wasn't all there when he asked me if a picture I had in my living room, was my child and and if the child was black. Good grief, how dumb was I not to see the signs and to continue to use him? I would caution you, if you need a new AC unit to find someone else to install it for you, or make sure Leigh uses one that is not 8 years old.
