Ed is a skillfully trained, independent, trustworthy plumber who has done a couple of things at my place and has been several of my friends' go-to guy for a while. He's a one man show, so be patient if he doesn't answer right away. His prices are beyond fair, he's clean, and he will get the job done.

Ed shows up when he says he is going to show up, and he is quick to do the job. A colleague of mine was royally messed over in the 2016 flood, and her house had some poorly done repairs. I referred her to Ed, and he took the time to diagnose the problem and made a few runs back and forth to the store, then he was done and on his way.

If you look through your Nextdoor app, you're bound to see that, no matter where in Baton Rouge you are, his name is one of the first to be recommended when someone's looking for a good plumber to help them out.

Ed gets it done quickly and with attention to detail.
He patched up the copper plumbing on the little house I'm renting after our deep freeze this last winter, and fixed another leak which popped up about a month ago after I left a message on his phone. Nice responsible guy, reasonable pricing for hours worked and hardware. As a fairly-recent transplant, finding a good time-aware local independent plumber is now one less thing I have to worry about.

Quick, fast and in a hurry, Mr. Ed was there when we needed him. Our pipes burst twice and I didn't hesitate to call. He came recommended from family and he did not disappoint. Nice, quick and friendly service.

Ed set an appointment, showed up on time, and did excellent work. He quickly installed a new kitchen sink faucet, fixed a shoddy seal from a previous plumber, and also took care of two other minor leaks. It's also important to note that he observed all relevant Covid-19 protocols (mask, gloves) while in our home.

TL:DR - The price was very fair and the work was is high quality. Ed the Plumber is my guy.
