`Ed came to fix a leak in my bathroom sink's plumbing. He looked at one source where there was a connection and said it was fixed. It wasn't fixed. His assistant came and tighten another connection and said it was fixed, and it was not. Third time the assistant tighten another connection, said it was fixed, and low and behold it still had a slow leaked. The second and third time I called Ed he got very short with me, and actually hung up on me because he said I would not let him speak. The only connection they have not checked is the one where water enters the house, and I have commented a couple times I thought that was the source of the problem. At this point I do not know if they are returning or not, even though Ed says he guarantees his work.
Update: His assistant, Louie just called and is coming in the morning to fix the problem. Louie is very pleasant, and because of him I have upgraded my review by 2 stars.
2nd update: After Louie's visit, I still have leaks so I called Mike's T.P. Plumbing and he replaced the hot and cold valves, this is where the leaks were coming from, he said.

Ed the Plumber is, hands down, the BEST PLUMBER I have ever used! Don't even bother calling the competition because they won't be able to beat Ed's price or the quality of his repairs. He is honest, knowledgeable, hard-working--you get the picture. I don't hesitate to call Ed whenever I have a plumbing problem I need fixed. He is the ""real deal""--give him a try--you won't be disappointed!
