I called 1st thing in the morning and talked to Craig about changing out my kitchen faucet( it was broken and Not working) Craig asked if I had a new 1 and I told him yes. Craig told me that he would have someone at my house by 10 a.m. Chris showed up and he got to work and replaced my faucet in about 1/2 hr and The price was reasonable and Chris did clean job..So Thank You and if you need a plumber call Shobe Plumbing...

These guys came out to my house and bottom line took advantage of everything they could. They worked insanely slow, second guest everything, wouldn't do what I asked them to do, and talked about how they could be making more money doing other jobs right in front of me.

One of them took advantage of a payment opportunity and conned me out of twice as much money as I would suppose to pay. Lastly they never finished the job and left my water off. They messed with my main water shut off so that I couldn't turn it back on. I have two small children who have gone over a day without water because of them.


I know a ton of people who have had bad experiences with them who will be writing more reviews real soon.

Dont do anything until you get a second or 3rd opinion! You will pay 4x the cost with ARS and Stevenson to get the same results! Went with a local Fallbrook plumber and they were amazing in service, price and results then the 4 plumbers that we called! Ask for Chris he is super competent and an asset to the company! Not only did he save us Money but also time! Fallbrook/Morro Hills use Ed Shobe plumbing they saved us 1000's and they are local so they understand ag meters and irrigation

Chris from Shobe Plumbing came out today and changed one of the valves under our sink. In and out in about a half hour. Easy Peasy [for him]. They were very responsive, worked within my schedule and the pricing was reasonable. This is the first time I used them after a less than ideal experience with another well known Fallbrook Plumber so I was very happy. Thanks Chris!

Had such great service today. Had a plumbing problem last night and gave them a call this morning at 7:30am, had the technician arrive around 9:00am and problem solved by 10:30am. This is a local business I would recommend.

I will never use this company again and will not recommend this company to anyone. I started a bathroom remodel and subbed out the plumbing work to Shobe. Considering the pipes were already in the ceiling and just needed to be moved 6' and dropped a bit into the wall, I was surprised that I was charged $1200.00. The plumber, Chris did do what needed to be done and I wasn't unhappy with his initial work. I let it go, but I did call owner to go over the invoice. I thought that it might have included finish plumbing. The owner was so condescending and chauvinistic in his response to my concerns to why the bill was so high , and it did not include finish plumbing. He kept saying, ""I did you a favor."" In the end, I still needed Chris to come back because contractor couldn't place finish plumbing on initial work. Chris had to cut into bedroom wall in order to place finish value to turn water on. However, he left a big hole in the bedroom and i had to pay more money to fix it. I think Chris is a good plumber and needs to find a better company to work for . If you want to be overcharged and treated like dirt give them a call.

My 89 year old father had the main line from the street rupture just past the shutoff valve. He called Ed Shobe plumbing and was told that he was not going to go out in this weather to fix the break. WHAT!! It had rained the day before, but was sunny on the day my dad called. Cross him off the list permanently.

Did not complete the job and claimed the parts were faulty. Waterheaters Plus finished the job with what Craig left behind. Dishonest and I felt cheated but I paid him anyways. A neighbor had a similar experience with Craig. Not recommended.
