NEVER AGAIN!!!!
Had just under $2000 worth of work done to rebuild my gravity heaters
I thought everything was ok until the ""brand new, newly installed "" Pilot Generator went out after less than 2.5 weeks of actual use and needed to be replaced.
I asked the Owner directly if he felt justified in charging me again for a follow up repair visit ... He smugly he responded "" Yes, My labor is guaranteed for 30 days""
Paid the bill.....posted this review and NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

I'm a home owner and landlord for over thirty years. I have used them for both recently and they are the best I've used for plumbing. I understand they also do other 'handy man' work and I would not hesitate to use them when the need arises. I had a problem with the drain backing up. Another plumber came out and said it was a main line break and they would have to draw permits, dig up the lawn, and would then give me a quote. I deferred, of course. The second came out (one of those $99 plumbers) and they could not fix the problem and also suggested it was a serious problem. These are typical service calls in my experience. I tried Sato because they were referred from a friend. They came out, cleared the line in less than an hour, and charged $110. You know who i will call the next time i have a problem! Great, old fashioned approach to 'service'. What a revelation in this day and age.

The guys were quick, communicated clearly, and Bryan solved my problem as quickly as he could with multiple trips in the same day. Good work, great response time, desired result, decent price.

WOW! Not too sure what the low ratings are for but I do know these guys know professionalism. There was definitely something wrong with my plumbing. I noticed first after a shower that there was water everywhere and it wasn't from me. Then I found out that when the shower runs, a big puddle emerges in the hallway!!! :( Furthering the dilemma, it was also affected by the kitchen sink running as well. this left a nasty smell in the hallway. after I called them, they told me about the $90 diagnosis fee which was honest and fair. luckily, there was no major damage and the whole leaking was due to a backed up sewer line. after they unclogged it, everything went back to normal. Total price was $128. It was a point where I desperately needed to shower and they promptly fixed the issue!!! :))

I called about getting an estimate and spoke to a pleasant gentlemen who explained they charge $90 for an estimate. In other words, no free estimates.
However, if they do the work, the $90 estimate is then applied towards the bill.
I then checked Yelp and saw 5 reviews - all negative. Guess I won't be using this company. Thanks Yelp for helping us save our hard earned money.
Reviews go a long way and word gets around....

BEWARE!!! BIG WARNING!!!! THEY OVERCHARGE!! WE'LL NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN!!
Had my elderly 93 yr old parents toilet at their house backup and overflow. They came out found out it was OK flushed it a few times and it worked fine. It must of cleared itself since toilet sat overnight not used. My mother was there to witness the toilet was fine plumber just pushed the handle 3 flushes!! Literally 5-10 min. Service time.
***They were charged $90.00!!! FOR THE VISIT FOR 3 FLUSHES!!... Can't they've given them a little break??!!
***I Talked to owner he said it what they charge $90 for 1 min. - 1 hour!!!
***Also my father accidentally wrote the wrong amount on the check $100 and the plumber took it anyways!! Don't trust these people!!!
REALLY REALLY BAD SOO GREEDY!! WOW!!! HIT AND RUN!!! THEY MUST KNOW PEOPLE WILL NEVER CALL ON THEM AGAIN!!

Our family has long used Ed Sato Plumbing for maybe 35 plus years. Two years ago we had an expensive replacement of the furnace controllers. It was an unprofessionally managed job, errors and corrections. And cost was excessive ..more than $800.
This year, needed to have the pilots relit, and of course, was concerned about the safety of the unused controllers. 20 minute visit to light two pilots- and billed for $100! That certainly doesn't feel good. They didn't even bother to tell me that there would be such a charge.
Yes, GREEDY, EXPENSIVE, and customer service is uncourteous. My guess is that the elder father who ran the business well is no longer, and the new management is poor, very poor! You can easily find a better place. Well TOO BAD!

They came out and did not fix the plumbing problem. They took half a day overcharged me and had the same problem with my plumbing a day latter. They came out, broke their equipment came back and charge me for the time it took them to replace their faulty equipment. LOUSY SERVICE, DOES NOT COMPLETE THE JOB AND OVERCHARGES.

This company is horrible. They gave my Mom (an 88 year old woman) a quote of $2,200 to replace our floor heater. They even told her, she would die because it would expose her & the family to carbon monoxide. I called another license firm and got the heater repaired without having to replace the floor heater. Today, there is no exposure to carbon monoxide, everyone is alive and doing well. I would avoid this company, because he has a history of lousy service, greedy owner and horrible operation. AVOID ED SATO PLUMBING & HEATING!!

Ha! Look who's trying to shake a bad rep by rearranging their name. Hilarious. These are the same people as ""Ed Sato Plumbing and Heating"". Worst plumbers in town. Stay away. Read my original review of them. My sentiments are shared by all.
