When you need a plumber, this is the place to call. They came and fixed the problem in one visit. The price was reasonable and affordable. They are experienced plumbers, so; you could not go wrong.

Fast & fair, competent but parts on truck office promise was false, wasted much time.

I called with a water leak under my kitchen sink today and was told they could have someone here around 5 pm. The lady I spoke to on the phone was understanding and scrambled to get someone here. This level of responsiveness is always a good sign in a service business!
They arrived much earlier and went right to work.
I was certain it was my garbage disposal and was pleasantly surprised it was a loose pipe. He fixed it right away and cleaned the pipes as well. He took the time to tell me what to look for next time. Martin was so professional, kind and focused on taking care of business! I had been looking for a permanent plumber to have on call and to address a few other bigger issues. He was accommodating enough to allow me to explain the other projects and walked me through what would be involved.
I am so excited that Phillips Plumbing will be returning to install new toilets and replace aging shower head and faucet systems. I had zero reservations about going with a new company after meeting Martin and assessing his skill level and more important his level of care and concern.
Do not hesitate to use Phillips!I

Reed, from Ed Phillips did an excellent job diagnosing a water leak problem and fixing it today 11/23/2020. He was very courteous - meticulous in trouble shooting the leak and efficiently repairing it! Great service. Thanks!

Had problems with a Rheem hot water heater so they sent a tech from Ed Phillips out at no charge. First thing technician said was we would have to pay (ended up being covered). Technician fixed problem but stripped the wires too far leaving bare, exposed 220v wires. After calling I was told if I wanted it fixed I would have to pay the service charge for a mistake their technician made. Disappointing because it was good service until that

Had a leak in the wall behind the Shower.
Chris and Jared came out and did a professional job.
They even answered my dumb plumbing questions.
Left the job clean and tidy.
Price was fair. I would use them again.

Terrible service. Technician was rude and not helpful. When the work was completed (broken sprinkler pipes), the person who came back to place the access lid, placed it over nothing but dirt. We had to dig up the areas were the work was completed and place the access lid over it. We went to see management with pictures. Left my number and what we found. To this day, nothing. No apologies, nothing. They will never get another dime from me or from anyone who asks me about them.

We have had a excellent experience with this company on at least three occasions over the past 10 years or so, including today. Never a problem. Today's team (2 plumbers) replaced two 18 year-old faucets in our master bathroom. No fuss; no mess. Replaced crappy old water supply lines without being asked to do so (thank you!). Arrived when they said they would; charged a very reasonable price ($210 - $25 for coupon = $185) for two men for about 1 hour +. The plumbers were very polite and made an extra effort to clean up after they were done. Who could ask for more?

Called on a Monday to make an appt for an internally leaky toilet. Was given an appt for sometime between 1 & 2 p.m. that Wednesday. Caleb was incredibly prompt. He called to let me know he was on his way and that he'd be at my home in approximately 15 minutes. I wasn't left to wonder whether it'd be closer to 1 or closer to 2. The repairs were made quietly, quickly, and without a mess! I can't think of any reason not to continue to use Phillips for all my plumbing issues.

I have known Ed for a long time. I never hesitate to call when I have plumbing issues. Each time they have responded quickly and his crew are professional and courteous. Prices are reasonable too. I highly recommend you give him a call.
