Several years ago we needed help with the plumbing under our kitchen sink. A neighbor recommended Ed, we are so happy we took our neighbors advice.

Ed came to our home on time as he promised and was ready to go with all the necessary parts and equipment he needed.

Previously, we have had plumbers come to our home to do work who have started the work but needed to stop to go get additional parts.

Ed had everything he needed to replace all the old and worn out plumbing parts, shut off valves and garbage disposal system under our sink. Job well done. Ed came prepared!

Then last year we needed help with additional plumbing. Ed was unable to help so we had to call another plumber.

At first everything was going well. We needed to replace a water heater and kitchen faucet.

The plumber installed a new water heater that worked great in the beginning but shortly after installation the water heater started to go out causing me to go out to restart the water heater late in the evening in the dark and on rainy days. Finally he replaced it after many requests to please fix our broken ""new water heater"".

Then several months ago our new kitchen faucet started coming loose causing the faucet to be difficult to use.

We went under the sink to reattach the loose faucet. This worked for a week or so then we needed to go back under the sink to reattach our faucet yet again.

We contacted the plumber on a Friday early afternoon. He answered his phone. I explained the problems we were having with the faucet. He said ok I will call you back soon.

We waited the rest of the day for our ""call back"" with no luck. No returned call. Then on the fallowing Monday no call back so we waited until Tuesday to call him back.

He promised he would call back later on Tuesday to schedule an appointment, no call back and the faucet problem was getting worse.

Then on Friday he finally texted saying he would call back soon. When he called he said we will come out to fix your faucet on Monday 100% guarantee; yes you guessed it no call back and no rescheduled appointment.

Our faucet was hanging loose in the sink. To use it we needed to hold it with one hand and rinse our plates glasses, etc with the other hand.

Around noon on Tuesday being so fed up with the false promises from the original plumber I took a picture of our broke faucet and sent it to Ed saying ""we really need your help""!

Ed called me Tuesday evening asking about our faucet problem; Ed came to our home early Wednesday morning with another kitchen faucet for us to use until we found a replacement for our broken faucet.

""Ed brought another faucet for us to borrow until we found a replacement"". Unbelievable! Ed had the foresight to help us out until we received our replacement!

As Ed was installing the borrowed faucet he showed us how our original faucet was improperly installed!

Once we received our new faucet Ed put us on his schedule to install the new faucet.

As promised Ed came on schedule, installed the new faucet taking away all of our anxiety!
