Our main A/C drain was clogged for quite some time. They quickly fixed the issue and were very professional and courteous.

Back in October I broke my outside water faucet pipe on the side of my house. Called Doug and set up an appt. The guys came out within the allotted time frame. All I basically needed was a 1/2" valve and a foot of pipe to repair. The guys didn't even have a 1/2" valve on the truck which was surprising. So they left to get one and showed back up almost 2 hours later. Did the repair which took 30 minutes max.

The invoice I was given very generic and just stated the scope of work and was for $425. Needless to say I was shocked and asked them how they arrived at this. Their exact word were " this is what we charge". Again I asked them how they arrived at this and got the same answer. I paid it and then called Doug to get clarification. He said he would refund me $100 which was 1/2 of what I was expecting but it is what it is.

Well after MULTIPLE EXCUSES and 3 months later I still don't have the refund.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND Ed Koch Plumbing. They overcharge and can't even explain how they arrive at their repair cost. Doug does not follow through with his promises and horrible customer service!!

Good service for an under home sewer line repair. They had separate digging & plumbing crews. They bid the job under another plumber and got it fixed in a timely fashion.

These Guys are Great! Doug is just a good ole boy from Texas and imagine this, they actually do what they say they will do for the price they say they will do it. It's a concept almost unheard of in today's business world. If you're looking for plumbing work call these guys and don't think twice! Can't recommend enough!

Have had several great experiences with them. They always respond quickly and have been fair and helpful with any job we've had done. They brought our water heater up to code last year and just recently helped identify and fix a draining issue. Great company! Will definitely call again.

Called this one man company to come out and he said he would be out in one hour. A no show after three hours. Called him several times and he said he was at home waiting for some buddies to come be and help him unload some stone for his house. He said he would be out in a few hours. No show again. Called him back several times and no answer. Left several messages with no return calls. Finally he returned our call three sheets in the wind. Who needs a drunk plumber. If I would have known he had a drinking problem I would have offered him a case of beer before he got wasted. Don't call this one man show who works out of his house. Irresponsible, immature and a drunk. Don't waste your time. You never know when he will be sober, what a waste.

I had to replace a water heater and this plumber had the lowest price , kept his scheduled appointment as promised and on-time, did a fantastic job. He was pleasant and positive ---no drama.

I even had some questions about the pilot light weeks after after the installation and he couldn't have been more helpful and generous with his time over the phone.

It was a pleasure doing business with him. Highly recommended and I am pretty darn picky :-)

After calling 15 plumbers with no answer, never showed up, or gave me ridiculous quotes I called Doug at Ed Koch plumbing. He said he had to install a sink and then he would be on his way. 2 hours later he was there and installed the water heater in an hour. Enjoyed talking to him and he is a hard worker. His price was also few hundred less than what the other no show plumbers quoted me. Call Doug at 281-485-6060 he will do an awesome job. glad I found a plumber I will be using from now on.
