Great experience with Kelcourse plumbing.Broken pipe behind shower wall and I couldn't get any plumbers in the area to come out on Easter weekend. They answered right away, told me they could come out first thing, he even called back to make sure the water was shut off properly before he could get out. Got here found the leak quickly, fixed it properly, was friendly, clean and professional. Price was very reasonable for the quality of work and even gave me useful advice going forward since we just bought the house.
They will be my first call going forward with any issues.

I called and a very nice woman answered the phone. I told her about my problem and she said she would pass the information on and someone would call me the same day. Unfortunately, nobody called back.
I called a 2nd time and the same woman picked up and said that someone would call me back...nobody called me back the 2nd time.

Highly recommend! We had a few odd plumbing items that needed checking out (water turn off valve under sink not fully working, new kitchen faucet to be replaced, minor drip from exterior hose). They showed up and were timely and professional.

For all three of those odd jobs it took less than an hour and they were very thorough in their assessment. I appreciated how they recommended we contact our faucet manufacturer based on some of the lifetime guarantees they had for their products . They explained everything along the way and I thought their prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a reliable professional who is straightforward and will do quality work.

I had to call a plumber for a couple of small leaks in my home, one of my neighbors had some experience with them and said they were pretty good. They were professional, explained the problem and even pointed out other things going on in my home that's 100 years old I just bought in July. So happy I was referred to them. I called before thanksgiving to get water leaks looked at in my house. I was told someone would contact me soon. After two weeks of no one calling me back, I called them to see if maybe they had lost my information. I gave the receptionist my information again, and she assured me that would contact me soon. It is now the second week in January and I am sure they have no intention of calling me back.

Hired Kelcourse based on a recommendation from a family friend who has used them in the past.

We first used them to replace a hot water heater and pipes that were showing signs of leaking. Then we had them replace our oil burner with a brand new gas furnace. In both cases they were prompt, courteous and most importantly, reasonably priced!

Since then we had one issue with a blocked drain in our kitchen which was also handled quickly and courteously!

I would recommend Kelcourse without any reservation whatsoever.
