Long Beach Township is now being required that water meters be installed versus the spicket method. I got a couple of estimates, of which one was from my regular plumber of almost 10 years. The building, which dates back to the 70's. consist of condos with common areas. The piping was so convoluted with common areas not going to the correct water heater amongst other issues, but it didn't seem to matter when on the spicket count. It was critical now to be straightened out before installing the new water meters.
Ed spent a lot of time assessing the situation and explaining what needed to be done to correctly set up the water meters. He said it would be an all day project that would take 2 plumbers to work on. I considered the price breakdown that he gave for the meter install and the re-piping to be a very fair one and decided to go with him. And, I am extremely glad that I did!
It is totally amazing how his men were able to untangle the spaghetti of a mess and simplify it.

Called looking for some advise on knocking in the walls. Patrick came out and after going through the crawl space to the attic discovered the issue was an outside line to the house knocking! He went above and beyond to help me. I also want to point out I travel and had a tight window for them to come out same day and they made it happen easily and ON TIME! Very impressive! I asked since Patrick was at the house, to install a J trap in the laundry room. He opened up the wall, discovered there was one there not connected. He didn't charge me for additional parts, just to hook up the pipes. Honest, great work. They are my preferred plumber going forward I will be using them.
