The ABSOLUTE WORSE follow up customer service. They were happy to take my $1000 in 2014 but when it came to getting replacement filters they were HORRIBLE. Remembering I needed them, I called on a Saturday and left a message. On Tuesday, without hearing from them I called. I was told by a woman who answered the phone that she was too busy to call but took my order. The following week (Wednesday) I called wondering where my filters were. A guy named Shawn saw the order but couldn't figure out where it was/why it wasn't shipped. Finally got it Friday (almost 2 weeks after the message was left). Because I believe in training employees and fixing problems I called Friday and got Shawn again...his flippant attitude (what are you complaining about, you got your filters). IF YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH RUDE PEOPLE, GO WITH THIS COMPANY. PROBLEM IS, COSTCO RECOMMENDS THEM!
