Truly a Great Company

I want to begin by saying the owner, Kevin and all his employees are great people. They are straight shooters and always take the time to explain things to you. We first used them around 2016-17 and will not look to anyone else because of the outstanding service we have gotten from EcoTreck since the first time. I encourage you to read on because there are multiple reasons why we went with EcoTreck and it would be of benefit to know what they are.

1- It all began when my wife ended up with fungal pneumonia. We were told how rare this is and I immediately started looking for someone to help with mold issues that may have caused this issue.

2- As I searched for help, I found there's not a lot to choose from. I called companies near us and in the surrounding area. Of all the companies I contacted EcoTreck was one of only two who actually called back.

3- The first company whocalled ended up quoting us an astronomical figure with no actual reasons why we needed their prescribed work. But, thankfully EcoTreck was out the next day to go above and beyond in the form of explanation of the work needed to remedy the issues that may have created my wife's health problem as well as providing us with a quote that was far easier to swallow- not to mention having the entire process explained to me.

4- The other company was of little help of explanation as to why we needed certain things. I was left guessing and researching. Plus they required we set up a crew of four guys in a hotel while they completed the work EcoTreck did in far less time than the other company wanted. Having EcoTreck here in Steamboat is perfect.

5- As noted, EcoTreck was there for all I didn't get from the first company. I'm not exaggerating this, but the owner, Kevin did far more work inspecting our place than the other guys, not to mention he willingly took time to explain our issues and why they needed to be remedied. .

6- EcoTreck even offered us options for materials used and let me know the differences between those options in materials as well as methods of remediation. Needless to say I was quite impressed on many fronts.

7- EcoTreck makes sure you're happy. They do their work within a reasonable timeframe, they keep things clean even when the work they are doing is very dirty, they take the time to answer questions and make sure you know what and why they are doing things, they are to put it simply just a great company.

8- The EcoTreck crew is full of kindness, humor, consideration for the client, an outstanding work ethic, and they are just plain straight shooters who are out to do great work and at the same time prove to you that you can and should be comfortable working with them. I can really only tell you how happy I am in finding this amazing company, but I feel I can say that if your experience is anywhere close to mine, you will be more than happy yourself.

It's obvious why we went with EcoTreck for the above reasons, but from day one, Kevin and his crew have been here for us to help tweak things as needed. Plus we got better work/materials and pure friendliness that goes a long way in a very busy field. I feel completely comfortable recommending them to anyone looking for this kind of work.

The work done has been amazing and our house is so much better for it. We removed humidity from living amongst wetlands and improved the value of our house considerably because of EcoTreck. I would highly recommend using them for the above reasons and so much more, but I don't have the space to list it all.

I should note that Kevin has special experience in mold remediation and if given the time, he will happily provide you with that knowledge. If I'm correct he is the only one in town who can certify your home to standards set by outside organizations for mold remediation. We didn't need that level of service, but based on what I saw he would be the person to do the job to perfection.

I also know I will continue to recommend them and continue to use them as my equipment needs upgrading or replacing. I just feel I couldn't have been any happier with the service we've gotten from Kevin and his outstanding crew of employees at EcoTreck!
