Ecotech Services did a complete redo on my irrigation system replacing the sprinklers and controller. They responded to my first call and did a survey a few days later. Everything needed to improve my current system was explained throughly. The tech, Omar, was an expert on everything and made my watering system more efficient saving me money on my water bill. Omar was perhaps the best worker I have ever had work at my house . He was so professional and went above the norm to make everything work perfectly. The company is top notch from the office response and the promptness in showing up as scheduled. I do not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone who needs to fix your watering problems or install a new system. Bravo EcoTech!

Had a conversation with Roxanna 10 days ago and emailed her plans for a Tennant improvement project I was looking for estimation on. I never heard back from anyone at Ecotech. Called today and she chipperly told me they were unavailable to bid on my project. An email to that effect whenever she found this out would have been nice.

In cooperation with our local Water supplier, California American Water, EcoTech came out, evaluated our lawn sprinklers, and recommended upgrading the sprinklers and timer.
George and his crew worked efficiently, set up the new system, and put us through the paces of learning the new systems. This program was at minimal cost to us. Highly recommend the program to save on water, highly recommend EcoTech to do the work.

Suburban water has a program for assessing sprinkler systems for deficiencies. George is the technician that assessed my property he took his time and gave us a clear explanation of the program and answered all of our questions. George and Jaime performed the retrofitting and then reviewed the settings on the controllers with us. I am impressed with the program and very happy with the technicians that performed the service

I applied for the MWD Waterwise turf removal program last summer and EcoTech was one of their approved contractors. From the design (Chad) to the installation (Omar & George), everything went smoothly and they were responsive and made sure that everything was what I wanted, and communicated everything - even set my old timer control for optimum times (and would have replaced it for free with a refurbished, much newer one which they left just in case, had Omar not figured out how to get it to run.

While there was an initial delay because of their backlog of work caused from pandemic-related issues, it was so easy to get an extension from DWP when the start time got pushed out a few months. I was going to just cap the exisitng irrigation spray heads, but they convinced me to go with a drip system. (The only downfall was that I didn't get a photo of the sprayers ""on"" before they were removed, because I didn't know that was a requirement of the drip application until after the job was complete.) They saved the minimal overage of materials (stones from the riverbed and mulch) and even laid the mulch in my backyard planter beds! I'm really enjoying my new landscape, and as the plants grow and mature, it's going to look even better AND will be saving a lot of water and money.

Against my better judgement, I agreed to have EcoTech replace my irrigation system (nozzles and timer) for free. It was a water conservation program paid for by the City of Whittier. WORST thing I have done as a homeowner. They had to come out a second time and replace the nozzles because they were not the right ones. Now the timer has issues with the wiring and EcoTech is refusing to come fix it. I basically have a system that is not as good as the one I had and EcoTech won't stand behind it after 30 days. Do yourself a favor RUN, do not walk away from this company. They do not stand behind their own product and the City of Whittier as well as myself got conned!!!
