Recently I had a plumbing problem with my main sewer pipe. I called one of those big shots (the smell good plumber) and they wanted to charge me a service fee just to tell me I have a sewer problem!!!!! Ridiculous.......

Then it was going to cost an arm and a leg to unclog the sewer through the roof pipe, and on top of that, they said it might not get unclogged because I didn't have a clean-out. The clean-out, service charge and getting on the roof my total for all this was outrageously expensive. Over $3000.

So a neighbor of mine gave me Jim's phone number. GREAT GUY!!!!!! Came out right away (let me add it was around 6pm and no extra charge for late hrs) and gave me a very very reasonable price. The next day he came out and installed the clean-out and video inspected the rest of the sewer line FREE!!!! Who does that now a days.
