Mark from Economy Rooter Service came out to unplug our main line which was plugged up right before our annual family get together. When we called he gave us a time and showed up as planned. He cleared the stoppage and ran the snake through several times to make sure the line was clearly cleaned out. This took several times. He was very through and professional. I will certainly use them again.

Called all of the top 10 plumbers on Yelp to get the best quote for a simple snaking of a shower drain. Only one beat Mark's price by a few bucks, but the rest were astonishingly so much more expensive. Crazy what people try to get away with. Would definitely use Mark again, was fast, friendly, and got the job done at a reasonable price.

I had a problem with a sewer line. I called the local plumber who charged $230, rooted it out and ran a camera, but didn't clear the line. The local plumber suggested I could either pressure-blow it out for $750 or dig it out. Before I followed his advice, I thought I would get a second opinion. I had two separate recommendations for Economy Rooter, so I called them.
Weekday price was $165. Mark came on time, worked hard on the line and cleared it. I felt like he really knew what he was doing and was extremely professional from start to finish. He went the distance to get the job done right. Thirty day guarantee on the job. These are the guys.

After waiting over 5 hours for another plumbing service (which never showed up) I looked on line and found Economy Rooter Service. Called them and the very nice lady who answered said she'd have someone out within the hour. 15 minutes later, the doorbell rang! Mark came in and fixed the problem. Personable, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. He's going to be my ""go to"" for any other drain problems. As an added bonus, he gave me the name of an a/c company he recommends and told me if I had a different plumbing problem (he just does drains) he could refer me to a plumber. A really nice guy!

Quite possibly the BEST experience EVER! I have been a home owner for over 40 years and have had my share of very BAD experiences with plumbers. I had a recurring issue that I needed help with ASAP, and these guys were referred to me through a friend. I had to leave a message which concerned me, but was called back in less than 10 min. They were at my door in less than an hour. They were professional and knowledgeable, thorough, TOTALLY affordable and most importantly HONEST! I could NOT have been any happier. They made an otherwise stressful and unpleasant experience actually pleasurable. My issue was resolved quickly and the price was beyond reasonable.
