In the morning we had a clogged toilet that wouldn't clear. Within a few hours all the toilets were starting to gurgle and back up, then the water from my daughters bath wasn't draining. It was clear we were in trouble. It is a week-end, and we are a family of four, so I was pretty freaked out. These guys have great reviews, so I called and left a message. Mark was quick to call back, and they were out within the hour. They were cheerful, efficient, and reasonably priced--esp considering it was a week-end. After they finished clearing the main line, they checked all the toilets twice to make sure everything was working properly. They let me know what things should never go down the toilets to prevent any future issues. Would recommend these guys in a heartbeat!

My main drain line was backed up this morning and Mark and Sam were able to come out within an hour of me calling and take care of it for me while my wife was at home. He gave us a lesson on what to flush and what not to flush down the drain. Told us how to avoid scams in the future with other plumbing companies. He even brought in our empty trash bins as a courtesy. They were in and out within 30 minutes and fixed everything up. They did an amazing job and I would recommend these guys to everyone.

Mark from Economy Rooter Service came out to unplug our main line which was plugged up right before our annual family get together. When we called he gave us a time and showed up as planned. He cleared the stoppage and ran the snake through several times to make sure the line was clearly cleaned out. This took several times. He was very through and professional. Only one beat Mark's price by a few bucks, but the rest were astonishingly so much more expensive. Crazy what people try to get away with.
