I called them for what I thought was a clogged drain (we were draining our swimming pool and when we tried to drain into the kitchen clean-out water and gunk came back out. They came out, took one look and said there is no clog, water is coming out just because the side drain is not properly leveled. The guy said no need to have the drain cleaned, you will just waste money. He convinced me by draining the pool into kitchen sink rather than clean out.

Best of all, he did not even charge me for coming out to my home! Just for the fact that he did not take money from me when he so easily could have, I would definitely trust them and use them in future.

I first met George of Economy Rooter when Lowe's sent him out to do an emergency swap to a new water heater. This is guy who clearly takes pride in a job well done. A few days later, when my kitchen sink backed-up, there was no question who to call.

Our hot water heater was broken (right in the middle of winter), and the model was discontinued, so it was very difficult finding a replacement. Sevdet worked around the clock to find us a suitable replacement heater calling multiple places, and Michael did a great job in installing the heater, cleaning up, and walking us through all the issues. It was tough being without hot water for days, but we really appreciated their work - they were very responsive, upfront and great to work with.

This company came out to install my heater, they have crazy prices. After I allowed them to install my water heater it leaked and failed inspection. Then it took them a couple of weeks to come and fix it. This company has no idea what there are doing and they only want to get the money and hurry and leave

Garbage disposal started leaking and we went and bought a new one then decided we didn't want to deal with it. Called a few places, these were the only ones who would give me an estimate over the phone. They scheduled to come out the next day and actually called me back later because they had a cancellation and could come out earlier. Did a good job with the installation and very pleased with the folks in the office.

Kevin from Economy Rooter performed the installation of a new hot water heater from Lowe's. Scheduling was a bit last minute , but he did a good job, charged fair rates for the extras that always come up during a water heater install. Cleaned up and left everything looking and working great.
