Also, the city of Oakland now requires sidewalk inspection and repair in addition to sewer lateral repairs and they were able to do both the sewer repairs and sidewalk at the same time.

I'm so glad my wife found these guys. We had quotes from 3 plumbers that do trench less work on sewer lines. Octavio gave us the lowest bid and I believe the best work. I worked with Octavio about four years ago for a sewer lateral and he was amazing. So when I needed a sewer lateral done on my new place he was the first person I called. He came out and inspected the line with a camera and explained exactly what needed to be done. He did the work on Friday, had it inspected Monday, EBMUD emailed me my compliance certificate before I could even get Octavio his check! He kept me in the loop via email and txt message throughout.
