Micheal was great - professional, responsive & thorough. He went through the entire house, caught a leak in the master bathroom & repaired it while on site. This in addition to our annual on demand hot water heater service.

Called and made appt for plumber last week with friendly lady on phone. On day of appointment today they called and cancelled appt at 11:30am which was the time they were supposed to arrive. They simply said it was due to an "emergency" but zero explanation what the "emergency" was for. I had to waste a day waiting on a plumber who no-shows. Not happy and will take my business elsewhere.

Had a water spot at the ceiling at first floor(with above a bathroom/ tub) We were in the middle of renovating the house and our sheetrock workers opened up the ceiling for Mathew from Economy Plus Plumbing . Mathew had a diagnose was very quick. Lengthy he discribed what had to be done and how he would repair it, but did not have the parts. He would have to go and get it and would come back. After almost 2 hours he still had not returned with our sheet rock guys waiting to close the ceiling. I tried to call Mathew but were not able to get in touch with him. So we called Economy Plus, they got him to come back to our house. Not seeing any parts we asked where the plumbing parts were , he showed a can of putty, and a sealant ring. The repair did not take 5 Minutes and the cost for all of that $ 472.89 Highway $$$ robbery!

They were not up front with the costs. Way higher than other places we checked out. Not very polite. We will not be using them again.

Our family experienced a small leak behind our kitchen wall that turned out to be a major ordeal. We had to remove all the cabinets, plumbing, and sheetrock. As we began putting everything back together we called on Economy Plumbing to hook back up our sink, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and install the facet. Economy sent over a great plumber named Luke. He was amazing. Everything was finished quickly and perfectly. He even cleaned up everything and helped me chalk a line for another project I was working on. Economy charged less than what I was expecting and the service was outstanding. Thank you very much Luke and Economy Plumbing. Plumbing issues are difficult, but Economy can turn a bad situation good.
