I'm not sure if this is the location from which the two plumbers came from to do some jobs, but I had two plumbers from Roto-Rooter doing jobs in two different locations on consecutive days. Both plumbers charged very high prices for the work they did and both plumbers took 1 1/2 hrs to 2 hrs to get parts in the middle of the jobs when local hardware stores were less than four miles away from each job site.
The plumber on the second day saw the two jobs I asked him to do, was out for two hours to get parts, and couldn't do the second job when he came back. He quoted me $500 for that job before he left.
When he didn't do the job, I was able to go on YouTube to learn how to replace an outside spigot, talked to Duane at the N. Fayette Home Depot, who was very helpful, and got the job done in a little over an hour for less than $50! Why call a professional from Roto-Rooter if we can do the work quickly and cheaply ourselves? I will say, though, both plumbers from Roto-Rooter were very friendly and did do a good job when they did the job.

Had a tech visit for an annual furnace inspection in the late fall before ramping up usage for the winter. He was on time, friendly, cleaned/tightened a few things, and gave me some quick pointers on its operation (like what the flashing light sequences mean; it's a Tempstar unit).

Cost was $85 and the visit was 20-25 mins. Would hire them again.

Main water in basement was clogged. Couldn't run water or flush toilet. Of course this happened on a Sunday. First thing Monday (12-23-19) I called and said they may be able to get to my house today. I called back and said it would be a quick fix, they have been to my house for the same issue. They said they would stop at our house first. I am so thankful. They were a blessing to me today. Won't call anyone else for my plumbing needs.

Our furnace was acting weird I called that day and they came as soon as I was off work at 4:30. Our furnace is working great! And the price was great!

I called a week ago about a leak in my kitchen and was told that I would hear from them. I still have to keep the water to my kitchen sink turned off because I've yet to get a call to schedule anything.

Just had them in on Monday November 27, 2017. Arrived when they said they would, they called ahead to let me know they were coming. I needed some new water lines added to a basement build. Called others first, who insisted on sending someone ""in a few weeks"" to give me an estimate first, then sending actual plumbers after that. Called Economy, told them on the phone what I wanted done and was going to do the work. They scheduled me on the date I requested.

The work was done professionally and the price was fair with all parts charged for listed on the invoice. Learned my lesson. Would call Economy first.

Woke up this morning, to our sewer being backed up, from the roots of our tree. We called several plumbing companies, knowing to steer clear of Roto Rooter (heard nothing but bad reviews for them). Economy Plumbing said they'd be able to come out and fix it today. They called before they arrived. Once here the plumber was able to remedy our problem quickly. Very pleased with the time it took and the reasonable cost, especially given it was a Saturday. I would recommend them, without reservation.

I have used this company on several occassions and have always been more than satisfied with the quality of work, the price, and how fast they can get to me when I need them. They are great, super friendly. I highly recommend them.
