The plumber came and charged $300 to go under the house to see what needed to be done. He came other and said there were no leaks. We got another plumber who told us that there was a pipe that was partly disconnected and showed us photos. Economy plumbing charged 300 to look and obviously never crawled the whole area. Shame on you for charging for nothing!!!

EXORBORANT PRICING
Last week I called Economy Plumbing as I had a stoppage in my sink. I was appreciative they were able to come out the next day and snake my drain. The time to do this part of the job was about 15 mins. The cost was $375.00. We also noticed a leak on my garbage disposal and decided to change it out. The charge was another $400.00. I felt it was overpriced and confirmed after they left. I checked on line and the garbage disposal cost was $115.00. The total bill was $796.00. He was at my house for about an 1 1/2. Essentially they charged me $400+ an hour just for labor. I then called some of their competitors and got quotes and overall, for the same job, was quoted on average $300 less than they charged me. I feel taken advantage of. I decided to call them to state my concerns. I was told the owner would call me. It has been several days and no call back. I feel ripped off. So to that end, their customer service was good, pricing is terrible.

Have used them for my home and for service calls for client's rental properties that I manage.
Economy has consistently been prompt, helpful, competent and fairly priced.
From unclogging sewer lines to replacing water heaters, Economy did the job right, on-time and with a smile.
Recommended.

Water heater broke on a Sunday. The guys came out on Monday. They pulled out the tank and installed a new 40 gallon water heater. Made sure all connections were new. They did a great job! I am really happy with my new water heater and the great service. Now I can take a hot
bath!!!

Do not let these people test your backflow device. Don't let them get within 100 yards of it actually. They charged $150 to test a brand new backflow valve installed by a reputable plumber. They failed it. Gave no reason. Took 3 days to get an explanation as the city threatened to turn off water. Called a different tester who passed it for $40 without issue. Then they called back and wanted $250 to tear a new valve apart and clean it out. Then they wanted the $150 again to re test it. The other guy would have charged $20 to clean it out real fast and no re test, but had no need as it passed immediately. This is literally a scam. They should be ashamed of themselves. Wonder if the city would like someone scamming in their name?? Jason was the plumber.

Once again, Economy Plumbing comes to the rescue!! We had an issue with our laundry/kitchen line backing up. And after realizing just snaking it wasn't solving the problem they were able to re-pipe the line!
Best part is they were quick, courteous and a great price!!!
Now I can do our backed up laundry and dishes!! Oh how quickly those back up for a family of 5!
I highly recommend them for anyone needing plumber services!!!

The man they sent was very courteous and neat. When a problem arose he handled it with professionalism. Stayed late to finish even when I said it would be OK to finish in morning. Dont get very many PROFESIONALS anymore, so good to see its still alive.

Most times when you need a water heater replacement, its an emergency and you don't have the luxury of shopping and making sound judgements. This was my situation and I did shop and made a great choice in hiring Economy Plumbing to replace my water heater. I was lucky and spoke with Susan Jensen, the owner, who with her professional staff arranged to have a technician come out and make an assessment. They offered to come out the same day but I deferred as I needed time to clear the area in my garage....It's amazing how we can clutter areas, like a garage!! so I scheduled the technician and Joe came out and quickly drained, removed, installed a new heater in the most efficient manner possible. I now have water heater that will keep me in hot water thru retirement in 5 years!! I will be using Economy for many other plumbing repairs and replacements and you should too! Mahalo....

Contacted Economy during our recent kitchen remodel and they were not only accommodating with the time line I gave them their plumber Nick that came out was beyond thoughtful, organized and proficient with all his work. We will be using them again!!

The water filtration system under my kitchen sink was leaking. This also caused my ice maker to stop working. I had used Economy Plumbing for an issue before so I thought I would start there. Jason came out at the most convenient time for me, made an assessment and recommended that I get a couple of estimates from water filtration companies. He did not charge me for his time or his advice. There was no trip charge. He gave me some idea of what I might expect to pay and told me that he would trust both of the companies he referred me to for estimates. He gave me his card and told me I could call him if I had any concerns. He shut off my leaking system which allowed me to take my time getting estimates.
This company was originally recommended to me by my handyman who does not do major plumbing. He said that his clients have been very happy with their service. How great is that? I trust and would highly recommend this company!
