I had a bit of an emergency late in the day and they went out of their way to help me out after three other places couldn't help me. The plumber got here quickly, was very pleasant and professional. I'm glad the other three places couldn't help!

Economy plumbing exceeded my expectations today on a difficult job that Jason made seem effortless, even when I threw a wrench in and asked for an additional task added last minute. The work was done perfectly, on time and the entire process was seamless. Will do business with this company again!

TOTALLY UNRELIABLE. If you value your time, do not use Economy Plumbing. I called and made an appointment - they gave me a window: the plumber would arrive on Monday between 6 and 7. So I return home early on Monday to meet them. 7pm rolls around and no plumber has arrived, and no call to warn me. So I call them back, and they tell me that the plumbers are out on emergency calls, and would i like to reschedule. Why would i bother rescheduling if these guys can't be faithful to their scheduled times???

Water heater went out and they responded in about 5 hours to fix it. Barbie was very helpful and arranged to get Nick out as soon as possible. Nick did a great job in tight quarters and fixed it very quickly.

Barbie was Impolite & patronizing. She aggressively called for payment the next day while I was at a funeral. There was no reason to leave more than one message since I clearly said I would give them a CC # day of repair but they never called for it.
I will never use them or recommend them to anyone.

From what I understand all Plumbing Companies are payable by the labor hour. In other words...the plumber comes out at an estimated hourly rate of, lets say, $150.00 an hr.
Some plumbers have come to my house to fix something and will talk about everything under the sun. I am thinking to myself and want to say hurry up the clock is ticking.

Not with Economy Plumbing. Nick jumped right in and started working He finished under what time was projected. Great job Economy Plumbing and Mr. Nick!!!!! 10/10

Nick was awesome from bidding through installation of our new gas line! And when we had a glitch with the installation of our new gas range (from an appliance company whose delivery person did not have a correct part to use in the gas hook up), Nick immediately came to save the day!!! Professional, reasonable, and completely focused on excellent service!!!

Nick from Economy Plumbing designed a route and installed a gas line to our kitchen today. Planned and executed so professionally! We are impressed not only with the estimating process and Nick but the Barbie and others being in contact with nice reminders etc.. We'll be cooking with gas soon thanks to Economy!

Call them every time I need somthing, and I make them work for that hour. I got 2 drains cleard, and 2 faucets worked on for 150, name a company that can beat that.
Now for some reviews of other reviewers.
D.H. is an idiot, they tell you how much it costs per hour before they send someone out, how can you complain about that, or give a 1 star review based on they cost too much. If you don't like the price you go to the next guy, it's that simple. But who said plumbing is cheap?

Tiffany S. Probably just got someone fired, and apparently she has never shopped for a faucet before...they aren't cheap. Her review doesn't make sense.

All in all they are a great company to work with, and they do there best to make your plumbing happy.
