Call them every time I need somthing, and I make them work for that hour. I got 2 drains cleard, and 2 faucets worked on for 150, name a company that can beat that.
Now for some reviews of other reviewers.
D.H. is an idiot, they tell you how much it costs per hour before they send someone out, how can you complain about that, or give a 1 star review based on they cost too much. If you don't like the price you go to the next guy, it's that simple. But who said plumbing is cheap?

Tiffany S. Probably just got someone fired, and apparently she has never shopped for a faucet before...they aren't cheap. Her review doesn't make sense.

I was very happy with their services. The young man who came out was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and focused. I needed a new kitchen faucet and a new water shut-off under my kitchen sink. The company sent someone out within a day or so of my non-emergency call, and when the plumber got hung-up on the previous job, the friendly office staff notified me right away and then called me when he was on his way. Although more expensive than a handyman, I was satisfied with a job well done and would use them again.

Was not very happy with the service we received from them. They were 3 hours late and barely somewhat supposedly fixed a problem with our toilet that later had to call them back since it continued doing what it began doing. They were only there for about 5 minutes if that. And the cost was ridiculous to add and would not give a discount for being late either. After they returned to fix the problem they charged us for the part and the toilet still had the problem. They finally sent us back the check for the part and the part after swapping it out for our old one. We had to buy a new toilet to boot.

Doesn't even deserve one star. Called and a young man came out (reeking of pot) to fix a kitchen sink that wouldn't drain. He charged over $300 to replace the faucet!!! That didn't even need to be replaced and the sink still didn't drain. Called a different company that came out same day, fixed the problem for half the price. I will never use them again, steer clear.

Called for help with a dripping hot water handle in the shower. Young man arrived (very nice person), but he did not have the right washer for the older shower head and handles. He drove from hardware store to hardware store, looking for the part, and finally found what he needed. I was charged for the three hours he took to find the part (which cost less than $1) and took him less than 15 minutes to repair. My bill $450...I was charged for his day of driving around. Will never use their services again.

We called Economy this morning for clogged pipe. They gave us a time between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. Since this was earlier than the 3:00 pm time that Roto Router gave we went with Economy. At 12:45 they said they wouldn't be out until 2:30 to 3:00. They arrived at 3:15. The plumber looked at the job and said it was too complicated. He called the office and they concurred that he shouldn't take the job since he would have to go under the house (where the plumbing is by the way). He said he would have to charge us if he tried but Roto Router had other equipment and would do whatever it took to do the job. I take this as words to the wise. I have rescheduled with Roto Router but now they can't come until tomorrow leaving us without showers of toilets. Beware if you put your trust in this company.

Great work, great price, and myself being in the Coast Guard they even gave me a military discount. Ben was on time and very helpful. I would call them up again.

I called Economy Plumbing on a Monday morning with a sewer main line backup, I was told they would be at my house between 1:00 - 3:00pm the same day. At 3:00pm they called and said we were next on the list, at 4:30pm they called back and said they were sorry they were still on the other job and couldn't come until the following day. I feel like they held me hostage all day so that I wouldn't call another company! I did call Rapid Rotter out of Healdsburg they came out right away as I had an emergency and charged less than the I hour minimum $140.00 quoted be Economy plumbing. The Rapid Rotor guys were awesome! the plumbing is now running great!

I will give them 2 stars for being prompt but they didn't fix the problem and they just moved the pipe lower which when the next plumber came moved back. Made no sense.

This is the best plumbing company in all of Santa Rosa! I have used them numerous times over the years and have consistently found them to be professional, competitively priced, and very knowledgeable. I recently had to call them because of a sewage pipe that was leaking. They responded quickly (as always!) and made the repairs within hours of my initial call. I have confidence in their workmanship and their integrity and I cannot recommend this company more highly!
