Excellent service from initial phone call to end of the repair! When we first called, Matt said he would have the next employee who called in come by to give us our free estimate. That employee was Amado. He was professional, kind and gave us great service in just under an hour. The repair was done, the price beyond reasonable, and the service highly commendable!

We will definitely be using and recommending Economy Plumbing to our friends and neighbors!

Taken me too long to write a review for the GREAT guys over at Economy Plumbing, from Matt the owner to Alex and Renee just to name a few! Owning multiple properties here in Mid-Town Ventura the assistance of such a RELIABLE, Knowledgeable and 'always there when you need emergency help' pluming crew proves to be well - constantly helpful. Customer Service like you do not find many places these days!!

Matt and his crew have taken on quite complex jobs in my buildings, like installing a laundry center with stack set and soaking sink in an on slab garage. These guys handle routine maintenance for cleaning out main lines, sink lines and well going after those pesky leaks that 'just happen'. Happy to crawn under houses and yes, handle bathroom 'situations you will hands down not find better plumbers. Finally if you are planning an entire replumb of an existing structure or an ADU make sure Economy plumbing finds a spot on your bid list. Matt prices competitively for jobs large and small, offers good over the phone 'guestimatates'.

Maybe not the absolute cheapest plumbers in the neighborhood, yes Matt is a local, but for me and many I have referred Economy plumbing too the only comment is 'wish I had called Economy Plumbing FIRST'!!

I was having an issue with my tankless water heater not staying on. I talked to Ivan who quickly dispatched Rene to my residence.

Rene reminded me what the meaning of service used to be. He was prompt, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. I was expecting to pay $100's for new parts and repairs, but Rene said all it needed was a tune up and cleaning. After he was done, the heater looked like it had just been installed brand new out of the box, without 1 drop of water or dirt anywhere.

In a world where service is a lost art Economy Pluming has restored my trust. Thanks again Rene for your OUTSTANDING SERVICE !!!!!!!!

Wow, what wonderful service we received from Economy Plumbing. Our tankless water heater was installed wrong by the previous homeowner and Alex and Julian came right away and they took care of the potential hazardous problem with professional excellence and kindness. DO NOT use their services. I did. The guy spent less than 10 minutes and no word about a service charge. Now I getting past due notices on something that was not disclosed to me. I gave them a great Yelp review and now I regret it. I will be sending them a bill for advertising!
