K.C. performed a couple of repairs for me on a residential A/C. He seems honest/trustworthy, reasonably-priced, and responsive. I like his assistant, as well.

We hired Economy HVAC in previous years and had no issues. In March of this year, KC was not able to complete a job he had bid on. To build trust with him, we offered to pre pay him $500 as a credit toward future HVAC jobs. This week we hired KC to repair an AC unit. Yet after completing this repair, he claimed that the $500 credit could not be used on this new job! He claimed the phrase ""future HVAC jobs"" did not include HVAC repair!

And then he got quite upset when we didn't agree.

On a second project, KC emailed an invoice late Thursday evening. After traveling Friday and Saturday, we came home Saturday afternoon to discover that KC had sent us an entire ""attack barrage"" of numerous text messages and voice mails demanding immediate payment.

KC's last voice mail, verbatim:

""I'm still waiting on the deposit! I don't want to have to keep calling you man. This is getting just BS. I usually need my money within 24 hours. People that I have ... you know... Landlords that I do ... maintenance for, AC jobs for, whatever, ... they usually pay me within one day. OK? This is the 2nd or 3rd time I'm having to call you! I don't want to have to be chasing you around. I need my money! If you want to do that then I don't think we should be doing business together.""

Who attacks their own repeat customers within 36 hours after submitting a work invoice?

We agree. We don't think we should be doing business together.

Thanks KC for saving the day! My story...Mom calls in a panic that her sink is leaking and faucet is broke...on a late Friday evening. I relied on Yelp to find someone with good reviews...found KC's company, Economy HVAC & Plumbing, and made the call....and he answered, much to my relief. We made an appt for the next day. He came out and exchanged the faucet and fixed the problem...which wasn't an easy task. old plumbing and shotty previous work made the job that much more difficult. His pricing was phenomenal!! Thanks again KC! Will be calling you again for sure!

Great service and great prices! They quoted a better price than any of the 3 I contacted, came out right away, and performed a great, high quality service to my house. I'll be contacting them again for an HVAC project next summer!

5 stars long over due. If there is a Jack of All Trades home repair category on yelp, I'll also give KC a 5 star over there. He's done so much more than HVAC work for me over the years. As a long distance landlord, I'm glad to get to know him. He's done excellent works, I recommend his service to anyone, absentee landlords included.

My AC was leaking and drained into one of my rooms. I found KC online and gave him a call in August. He was able to come the very next day. He showed me what was going on and where it was leaking I could clearly see. He gave me options on what I could do I chose to replace the whole unit because it was so old and most likely be a problem again and I'm glad I did because when he got it out omg was so rusty and definitely needed to be replaced. By then it was already the weekend and KC came and replaced the unit and it works perfect. KC is a very nice easy going person it felt like I already knew him. Comfort is important especially for a person with social anxiety.

I called Economy to set up an appointment to look at my broken down AC unit. KC was at my house in about an hour and had my unit repaired and serviced in about another hour. I had him work on a couple of other electrical issues I had around the house as well. His price was reasonable, he was knowledgeable, he responded quickly and on time, and he was easy to deal with. I would use and recommend KC for a variety of home repairs.

We found Economy some months ago. Kasey came out then and we have called him back two more times. His service is outstanding. He goes beyond our expectations. We live in a modular home and it is very hard to do any plumbing because of the way the parts are for this type at home. Not only is K.C. efficient and knowledgeable but he is more than fair in pricing. Economy could outbid any other company with their reasonable prices. Our job was so difficult and he kept hanging in there. We feel we can trust Kasey and his company. This job for us was HARD and FRUSTRATING!! He got the job DONE. Exemplary service. We highly recommend Him. Your are wasting your money and time if you use another company.

My AC motor broke down on a Friday. I called KC if he could come out to take a look at it 6pm. He was probably on his way home after a long day, but he still made time to stop to take a look. He showed up in 15 minutes and spent at least an hour on it in the heat. He figured out what parts I needed. I am very grateful that he came by because I had another technician show up hours before him. They told me I had to wait til Monday due to lack of a part and that the store was closed on weekends. We had to wait 3 days in a 102 degrees. KC saw that I had an elderly father, so he knew he needed to come back first thing in the morning. He went to get the parts from a store that's supposedly closed. Less than 24 hours he got the job done. I think I found my go to guy for future services and repairs. Great guy, great service and very reliable!
