Last Thursday quite unexpectedly I found myself without hot water. It was fairly late in the day when I logged onto Yelp and selected five different 5 star company's that reported they worked on water heaters. I sent a message to all five. I kid you not ....I received an immediate yelp response from KC. An hour later another company responded. The only other response I received was on Monday after the weekend. Obviously I went with KC who said he could be at my house at 3 PM the following day.

KC replaced my thermocouple and my pilot light lit; yay, I was so grateful. He also offered to fix some piping that was not to code. KC did a thorough and clean job and was not rushed. He put things back in place even when he was not the one who moved them.

On a whim I also asked if he would take a look at my new dishwasher that had been leaking and unused since January. He not only took the time to fix my dishwasher, but he also waited while my daughter went to get a part from the hardware store (twice!).

KC's prices were very reasonable and because of that I have hot water, clean dishes and we still get a Christmas!!! :). He is very personable and friendly; I felt at ease with him and knew he was capable. I'd recommend him to my friends and I'll be calling him for future repairs!

Horrible service. Asked for a quote, and he complained to me about that licensing fees he has to pay. Don't waste your time, look elsewhere!!

Update: the system is still running strong. KC thoroughly repaired a system other techs could not.

These guys are awesome they came at exact time the mentioned very knowledgeable explained the whole issue and diagnosis also came by the same day on a busy summer day. I recommend them to everybody..

KC Munir did excellent work and I highly recommend him. He was the only one willing to come repair my window unit air conditioner. It looked impossible to do; I'm on the second story and the thing is bolted to the wall from the outside and fitted in my oddly shaped window with this bizarre contraption. But through some kind of miraculous acrobatics, he somehow took it down to repair it, give it a tune up, and reinstall it for a great price. It was wonderful!

My A/C stopped working over Labor Day weekend on a Saturday evening. I called KC and he promised that he would come Sunday morning and he did just that. He knew exactly what happened to it and fixed it pretty fast and added freon to it. In about an hour I was back to feeling cold air again. I will call him again definitely. Also he came out on Sunday just for me...

AC went out yesterday @ 109* called multiple co.'s
Leaving messages or couldn't come out for a few days.EEEEEKKKK!!!
The hubs went to a wholesale place as he thought the fuses had gone bad as a red light was on in the fuse box.
He saw a guy walking to his AC Company van advertising his business . The hubs started talking to him in the parking lot.
KC said yep I can fix it.....
Now? YEP
Awesomeness KC followed my hubs to our house
& couple of hrs. later AC was fixed.
KC is very professional & gets the job done.

Of coarse my AC decided to malfunction on the hottest weekend in Sacramento... requested an appt. and quote from more than 5 companies and KC was the best choice... most companies couldn't come out till 2 weeks bc this is their busy time. KC was prompt to respond and offer a time to come inspect the unit. He came the same day and installed a new blower motor at a good price. The AC is working again and we are glad we found this company. Def recommend their services.

KC came on a Saturday afternoon and fixed my AC when temperatures were reaching over 100. He's a really easy guy to talk to and he and his helper did a great job in getting us back with cool air within no time.
