Finally got a plumber that will respond Steven at the office when I called very polite I've had a bad time these last four days plumbers not knowing what the heck they were doing or being rude when you called them haven't got my guy here yet but so far I'm happy thank you economic Plumbing now that my work's been finished I just want to thank you all again Bart was wonderful you guys got to call 2 hours ago and already unclog my drain that took other companies three days to even respond so again thank you and definitely will be using you again when needed

I emailed the home warranty company about a faucet leak over the weekend. EPP called first thing Monday morning and were here by 10 am. They gave me a 30 minute heads up on their way, were prompt, clean cut, polite and did the job quickly and efficiently.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called Old Republic Home Warranty because our heater went out and they give us EP. I called EP the same day and multiple days after days to set an appointment but I always got their voicemail. Out of the 4+ messages they never returned my call. Then Old Republic ungraded our request to priority....still never got a call from EP. Very disappointed.

Economic Plumbing Professionals was sent to my house through our home warranty company, which like many made me a little weary of the work quality. I was proven wrong by their technician Juan. He gave me an hour notice before arriving at my home. Diagnosed the problem in seconds, and was done with the repair in under an hour. Extremely professional and courteous, thank you!

I can't believe what happened on a service visit by Economic Plumbers. Our sump pump alarm went off and our typical plumber was unavailable, so we made an appointment with EP. The service guy didn't touch anything, told me the motor went out and quoted $1200 to replace it. I explained that he needed to check it out before he'd know if the motor wasn't working. He explained his expertise and sump knowledge and told me, in order to look further into it, it would cost $600. I politely said no thank you. Waited for our usual plumber to come out.

Needless to say, the motor works just fine. The sump pump was just clogged. The motor unclogged the sump pump by itself. We were charged $150. Economic Plumbers tried to rip us off. BEWARE!!!

Called old republic warranty at 8:00 am,work order sent to economic Plumbing (no hot water) fixed by 11:30 along with garbage disposal. Excellent service

I have used Economic plumbing several times now and I would recommend them to anyone. They have helped me out in a pinch and even if its not fixed right the first time, they come right back and fix it again. I am very happy with their service.

Too bad you can't rate them zero stars. I know more about plumbing and heating than these bozos. What a joke. I highly doubt they are even licensed; they asked me twice how to operate the thermostat. I can't believe the home warranty company keeps using them. I will be reporting them to the contractors board ASAP. I wouldn't recommend Fidelity either. I can't stress enough how horrible Economic Plumbing is. RUN!

Same day response! Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and hard working. Our kitchen sink was backing up, thought we had a garbage disposal issue. Ismael assessed the issue and it was major blockage. He worked hard and cleared it. Has never worked so good-It's like brand new! This is my plumbing company now.....I highly recommend! On-time, kind, professional, experts, and fair.

BEWARE! This company was contracted through my warranty Fidelity National. My water heater had started to leak. First the techs arrive in an unmarked vehicle. He tried to tell me that my water heater was 8 years old. I indicated that wasn't true. House is only 4 years old. I actually looked up this specific model and was correct, in unit was built late 2013. Then I was told modifications will cost extra. They couldn't tell me exactly where the relief valve was going to be located so how did they know they needed modifications. They took water heater with them along with relief valve and copper pipe. Next day they installed new heater with relief valve in same location as previous valve. When I questioned the ""modifications"", I was threatened that they would just take the heater out and I would go without heater. I was further threatened that because it was Friday to get someone out on weekend it would cost even more. Buyer beware!
