Our heater broke in the coldest part of the winter. My first call was to Econo West because they have serviced my heaters and A/Cs for several years now and I trust them. They were able to come next day so we didn't have to live very long in a cold house. They are reasonably priced which is another reason I call them and not any local places in Tehachapi. Today they sent Wayne to my house and he had it diagnosed in about 5 minutes. He had all of the supplies on hand and had it fixed in less than an hour. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I'm glad I have such a great HVAC place to turn to when I need a professional quickly.

Gilbert Navarro and his son Reuben came out today to inspect our house for the source of the black mold in subfloor. They were thorough, professional and excellent communicators. They did not charge me for the visit even though they could have! Highly recommend this company.

Having had a horrible experience before with dryer vent air duct cleaning companies and being ripped off and the job left u done i was sceptical about calling a new company. But im sooo glad i calles this one!! From the greeting at the door to the knowledge of the technicians. to performance and the job they did. Outstanding 5 stars no Brainer!! Jeremy and Josh were very professional, kind, and efficient as they installed my moms heater. Jeremy explained how to properly turn it on and gave suggestions. I recommend you try this company for your heater or air conditioning needs. They are great!

I took off a star because my dad noticed that one part of his hall way wall was torn. It happened when they were installing the heater. I don't appreciate them not telling us.
