I highly do NOT recommend!! I called them to learn more about swamp cooler prices, gave them all my information, and found out they do a estimates. Cool! All good so far. Switched my attention back to fixing up our roof (as we won't have to worry about a cooler til summer and it's November) and they've started sending us an invoice for 3k after never even seeing our place nor setting foot on the property. What?! I called them twice telling them to stop sending it as we never even met with ANYONE from the company. I can't imagine actually paying for a service and them sending extra invoices for things that never happened? I definitely won't work with them come summer because the audacity to repeatedly send such a bill for something that was never done is crazy.

We needed a new AC unit in our house because our old ac unit was too old and not getting the job done. I called a few places and found Econ West had the best price and could the job sooner then the other places I called. The technician came and was very friendly and courteous and had the whole system installed in a couple days as promised. Whenever I had any questions or concerns their customer service department was super helpful and knowledgeable, if I needed a technician to come and check something out they would send someone the same day. I highly recommend Econo West you will not be disappointed!

I've used Econo West for a couple of repairs at one of my rentals in Littlerock, CA.
The blower motor went out on the a/c system and I also had a technician repair a leak between the 2 bathrooms at same house. Prompt reply when I called for an appt, both times within 1-2 days. The office personnel as well as the techs are pleasant, timely and dependable. I live out of state so I depend on honest, quality, and timely repairs at a fair price for my rental properties. I would highly recommend Econo West for your HVAC and plumbing job needs.

Our AC went out on a Saturday.. on the hottest day of the week too. I called the phone number and the owner answered, he said he had an on call tech and see if he had time for us, within 30 minutes frank was at our door. He fixed our AC within 45 minutes. He was nothing but pleasant.
