I called Econo Sewer & Drain when my Kitchen sink was clogged. They were able to come the next day! They found and fixed the clog in no time. My sink now drains better than ever. Very clean and professional work. Don't hesitate to call them!

Picked them due to the high rating. Spent 4 hours waiting, they came and inspected and said I needed Hydro Jett which they couldn't provide until morning. Then I called again and they said they could provide hydro Jett but with a $200 extra charge. Also Hydro Jett is like $400 extra than snake. I called Roto Rooter, 30 min later they evaluated my system, and 30 min after that, they had resolved my issue....using a mechanical snake! Saved about $400 and they had a 6 month warranty.

I discovered a sewer back up in my trap door basement. I called and they fit me in the very next day. The workers were very personable and professional. The company gives very reasonable pricing and give you a quote before any work is done. If something else arises they will tell you a head of time. My problem was more severe and they had to come back the next day but kept me informed of the progress every step of the way. They were also very careful when walking through my home. I will definitely use them in the future.

Great experience, I contacted Econo in the early morning & they arrived early afternoon the same day. Very professional serviceman, got right to it and had the drain opened up within an hour. He snaked close to 120' before he hit the clog. They had all the right tools and know-how to tackle a big job. He was in and out and the price was reasonable. I tried Roto Rooter in the past and the only thing they opened up and drained was my wallet. Glad I found these guys. I own several rentals & will definitely use them in the future.

Econo sewer and drain was great!!! I can't say enough good things about them. They went above and beyond with solving the problem AND stuck around to show me what the issue was. I truly wished I would've contacted them sooner. A phenomenal company!!! After a pretty crappy experience from another plumber, these guys came out and fixed the problem ASAP...and for a little bit more then what the other plumber just charged for a HOUSE VISIT. The previous plumber walked into our basement with 5"" of water, took a look around (with a flashlight), blamed it on the city and asked for a credit card. If you're looking for an honest, hard working, great company choose ECONO SEWER AN DRAIN. Don'(T) go with the (C)rappy company that doesn't do (M)uch at all.

Not only did they come out right away, but their bill was clear enough that I was able to submit it to the insurance with the rest of my Water Damage claim. I would highly recommend Econo for the following reasons. Charlie, (I believe he is the owner) answered the phone close to after hours and scheduled a next day appointment. He gave me a qualified price over the phone so I knew what to expect. He arranged a phone call about 30 minutes before the visit, which was great. Adam showed up and was friendly and knowledgeable. He had foot coverings for his boots and proceeded to get the work done. He left no mess and explained some things that we could do to upgrade the toilet. Professional, responsive, courteous, on time, fair price.

I had a couple of my Waukegan properties that have tree root problems done a couple years ago. I forgot to leave a review but will do so now. This company is very honest and professional. Even though one of my properties took them extra time and he said was one of the worst they have ever saw, LOL. They did not up charge me. Highly recommend them. This service is more expensive but last longer. I have to call them this year for a revisit myself.
