Joey was very punctual and polite. Quickly knocked out the disposal installation. Cleaned up the area after done. Very friendly. Conscientious - returned to verify dishwasher hose was connected. Informed me of means to keep disposal in good working order.

Very personable. However, they serviced a faucet and two commodes in May. All three were covered by a home warranty. I asked to have the inside of the commodes replaced, but I was told a simple adjustment would work. The faucet was a high-end Moen. The part had to be ordered through Moen and he installed it promptly. However, the leaking faucet had damaged the cabinet under the sink (no fault of Econo Rooter). However, 6 months later, my kitchen was flooded once again and both toilets were running constantly. The plumber sent for this repair said that the parts inside the tank needed to be replaced (exactly what I asked of Econo-Rooter). I watched as he took the handle off the faucet and he found that the part Econo-Rooter installed wasn't tightened properly. As a result, my cabinet and floors were damaged, again. I sent a private note to Econo-Rooter expecting at least an apology. Nothing. I guess customer satisfaction isn't a high priority. You may want to look elsewhere for a plumber.

Joe is knowledgeable, not only did he address the immediate issue but also went the extra mile and gave advice on preventative care. Nicole and Joe were very helpful and friendly from start to finish.
